This apartment consists of a bedroom (1 large bed), a living room (2 sofas), a bathroom with shower and WC and a modernly equipped kitchen. Above the living room there is a gallery with a double bed. There is a a large terrace with view of the beach. The apartment is located on the second floor. The beach is in 30 m distance and no street has to be crossed. Heating is available (wooden-burning stove) and for the hot summer nights there is air-condition available. Within the small urbanisation there is a supermarket. At the bay you find 2 diving clubs (German spoken) as well as typical restaurants. If more sleeping facilities are needed (3 beds) the adjacent apartment (n°32118) can be rented as well (price on request).

Lovely apartment In beautiful setting

We had a great week in a lovely location. The apartment is well stocked and has a great view from the balcony.There are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from and a little shop below the complex with freshly baked bread and food essentials. The beach is right beside the apartment and there are lots of others to choose from if you have a car. We hired a car so saw a lot of the island and Ibiza town was 30 minutes away.

Después de 11 años veraneando en Ibiza , ésta ha sido nuestra estancia más acogedora y agradable. Gracias Guy por tu amabilidad y compromiso, la casa no podría estar más mimada de detalles , nos hemos sentido en nuestro hogar. Tolle Unterkunft in bester Strandlage

Wir haben Anfang August 2023 eine tolle Woche hier verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar Strandspielzeug für Kinder. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Strand und ist größer als es die Fotos im Inserat zeigen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung perfekt für eine Familie mit 1-2 größeren Kindern. Der Aufstieg zum 2. Schlafzimmer erfolgt über eine steile Treppe. Und hat es gefallen und wir werden das Apartment und die wunderschöne Cala Vadella weiterempfehlen.
