4 Bedrooms, 4 full baths, one half baths. Acommodates 14 rather comfortably.

Nestled between Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski resorts, just a short stroll from the beach and boat dock on the shores of Lake Harmony makes for the perfect setting for this gorgeous, oversize chalet. Magnificent Mountain Manor is located within 1.5 hours car ride from Philadelphia, straight up I-476 and a 2 hours ride from NYC, West on I-80, making this an ideal weekend getaway. However, the area has much to offer regardless of the season to warrant lengthier stays. There is so much to do that I simply lack the space to describe. But be weary, for the Magnificent Mountain Manor is in itself an attraction. Featuring two game rooms loaded with a pool table, wet bar, shuffleboard, card table, Foosball, ping pong, and bumper pool, the adults can declare their own space. An indoor hot tub room and two large decks are perfect for relaxation. MASTER CARD and VISA accepted.

About Don Martin

As owner of Don Martin Vacation Rentals and DMR Property Management servicing rental properties in the Wildwoods, New Jersey since 1993, I have full knowledge of what guests expect and strive to deliver same. Guests want an accessible, responsive owner or property manager. They expect to receive what is advertised and rightfully demand that they arrive to a clean, well maintained home. One only needs to read the reviews to know that I consistently deliver on my guests' expectation. I strive to provide my guests the best possible rental experience. I am constantly up dating the property to that end. In 2015, we replace and expanded the rear deck to provide seating for more guests; we totally remodeled the hot tub room, tiled the basement game room floor and kitchen. Coming in 2016 we will be adding landscaping to include a fire pit and adding a dart board for are guests' enjoyment and will renovate the master bedroom. Returning guests, making up the majority of my reservations, have come to expect something new and improve each year.

Why Don Martin chose Lake Harmony

Prior to purchasing in Lake Harmony Estates we visited nearly every community within a 20 mile radius. Although many were nice, we kept going back Lake Harmony. We were drawn by the many restaurants and proximity to Big Boulder and Jack Frost. The community just felt different than the rest, having larger homes and a more serene setting. After are researched we were convinced this was the perfect setting for our dream vacation home in the mountains.

What makes this chalet unique

After purchasing the lot in 2003 we spent two years looking at house plans and touring homes. Finally, we knew what we wanted and had plans drawn incorporating many features from other homes that were to are liking. After constructions we spent countless hours furnishing and decorating the home creating the perfect vacation home for our family. While finishing the house we never gave thought to renting. This was to be our vacation home and as such spared no cost in finishing and equipping the home. But, the kids grew older, becoming more involved in sports and our ability to utilize the home diminished, making logical to rent our dream home to help shoulder the expense. Although there are many fine homes to rent in Lake Harmony few if any rise to level of comfort afforded by the Magnificent Mountain Manor.

Upstairs game room features wet bar with mini beer refrigerator, pool table, card table, bumper pool and shuffle board. Ground floor game room offers ping pong, air hockey, foose ball, bar/game table, and sitting area with television. There is an enclosed room specifically built for the 6 person hot tub. The rear deck is equipped with two tables for outdoor dining confortably accommodating 14 guest, season permitting. We provide a canoe, conveniently strored on a rack located lake side for the enjoyment of our guest.

The house was exactly as expected. Wonderful house so close to everything and yet secluded enough to be private. The house was well equipped with a pool table, foosball, etc. Perfect for families with kids of all ages. Looking forward to returning

Great home!

We stayed for an extended weekend for the holiday. The house was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with all the essentials. I would highly recommend this property. Don, the owner, was great with answering our phone call (even on a holiday). What a wonderful stay we had! Beautiful home!

Best Visit There Yet

This is my third year coming to this house annually and per usual, it was terrific. The backyard fire pit was new this year and really made for a great Saturday night with family!

But everyone had something to do between the hot tub, the games, and just exploring the area. Seriously, if you live in a light polluted area, come here and stare at the stars in this clean mountain air.

See you in Fall 2017.

Practically perfect!

This property nearly earns 5 stars! Overall I was very satisfied with this property, and the property owner. There are only a few relatively minor points from perfection and here they are:

Microwave wasn't functioning - I understand the owner just found out about it and couldn't fix it in the time frame - but imagine heating up left overs- not easy.

Fireplace wasn't working until a caretaker came and got it working towards the end of my stay. When these issues were communicated with the owner, he did not offer any kind of refund. I think it's reasonable that when you pay good money for a place, you should get it just as advertised and if for any reason you don't, the owner/manager works with you and offers you something in return. The only other detraction from perfect was that the property care taker came by unannounced and asked entry to the home to make some repairs. This was not communicated to me before hand, but on the plus side he was able to fix the fireplace. One other thing - the dvd player there is not connected to the tv in the living room, and there were no cables to do so. Fortunately, I was able to connect my laptop through an HDMI - so it wasn't a problem for us, but just an FYI.

With all that said this place is wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. The place was clean and comfortable. If you have some favorite cooking devices (crock pot or griddle)/pots/pans you might want to bring them as well as dish towels and all soaps/detergents - but the most important thing - the coffee maker - worked great. . The home has lots of spaces for all being together or hanging out individually. The hot tub is very good, the game tables all were wonderful (pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, and ping pong, though the foos ball table needs some attention.) The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as advertised. I found the master suite to be exceptional, and very spacious. Property was gorgeous and within an easy walk to the lake. Bears did get into our trash despite that it goes into a pretty secure shed structure. Overall this property is great and I will likely be returning! I just wanted to share every detail! I don't think you'd regret staying here, We certainly didn't!

Perfect Vacation Home

This house was perfect for our group. We had 6 adults and 6 children, and we had more than enough room. The layout makes it easy for all to have fun and not disturb the rest. There is also so much to do between all the TV's, the games, the hot tub. We will definitely be back.
