South Chatham Cottage at the end of quiet street. Walk 1/2 mile to Pleasant Street Beach-Nantucket Sound. Quick access to Cape Cod rail trail and bike to Chatham Center and Harwich Center. House has all amenities including fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 TVs, Internet TV, and free wireless internet. Enjoy sunroom and deck. Good sized yard for kids to play. Recently remodeled the bathroom and updated living room - including new furniture, new rug, new curtains, and refinished hardwood floors.

Wonderful and clean home. Excellent hosts.

I rented this home to attend a family wedding in Chatham. I stayed in the home with my spouse and my two adult children so the three bedroom cottage was perfect for our family. We found a home to be welcoming, quaint, clean, and the hosts were very communicative and kept me updated and answered all of my questions. Having only one bathroom, does make this home less appealing to a larger family. In my opinion however, there is an outdoor shower. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to utilize the outdoor shower and we manage just fine for the weekend. I would recommend renting this home to anyone who is visiting the area for a weekend or even a week or two. Our stay was very pleasant because of this property. I read a previous review where someone recommended that perhaps the cottage could use new mattresses and I would agree with that but the home was comfortable and well stocked with anything we might have forgotten.

Nice cottage, good location, nice close local beaches

Forgot to bring towels, but Ben Franklin store had some. Nice kitchen, fully stocked with all we needed. Nice deck to sit on, enjoyed sunsets there. Comfortable place to stay. Bought tub mat for safety in showering, took home.

Comfortable and Clean

This was one of the best houses we have rented! Location was perfect and the house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Loved the sun room and deck. Very nice yard and neighborhood.
