About this property

One bedroom unit within beautiful Victorian home, located on the most pristine part of Long Sands Beach in York, Maine - Only a few steps from the water (no ocean view, but rather that of a quiet, lovely, grassy area). Recently renovated. Fully furninshed. Modern kitchen, full bath, living room, dining area, patio and nice yard. Linens not included (available upon request). Maximum occupancy 2 adults.

Summer rentals: 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

Unit is located on the first level of home - Entrance to unit is accessed from the back of house. **Please be advised that our family lives upstairs during the summer. As this is an older home, some sound from upstairs can be heard below. During the week it is extremely quiet upstairs, but on weekends there’s a bit more activity. We do our best to minimize the disruptions.

Perfect Stay in York

The property was the perfect location for a long weekend in York Beach. The hosts were communicative and friendly and the apartment is exactly as pictured. I’d happily come back for a return trip to York!

Simply The Best

This was our second stay at Julie's rental. Once again the place was perfect. It's right across the street from Long Sands which is ideal. It's so clean and well decorated. The location is quiet despite being on a busy road. We enjoyed sitting out at the small table on the patio playing board games. It was the perfect way to end a beach day. It has a full kitchen that allows you to bring groceries and cook in. That's a nice feature especially if you don't want to go out to a restaurant. There are 2 tvs to watch. Both are Smart tvs and ready to use with your streaming accounts. This is great if you have a rainy day or you just want to chill and watch some tv. This is our third year coming to Maine for a girls getaway and this rental is simply the best. We rented a different one the first year and would never, ever, ever go back. Julie knows what renters need and want. Check this rental out, you will not be disappointed.
