About this property

Our cozy apartment is in a quiet location in the Buching district. It comprises approx. 75 m² living space on the 2nd Upstairs. From all rooms you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. From the living room you have a wonderful panoramic view. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. A parking space is available directly at the entrance. 5 minutes walk to the Buchenbergbahn.
You can park bicycles and prams in our lockable garage. In winter, wooden sledges are available free of charge.

Cot, high chair and games are available.

Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the price. Kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher and tabs, washing machine and detergent, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, TV, WiFi, etc ... are available.

Additional information

Cancellation policy: 100% up to 30 days before arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival 50%. Please understand that in the event of short-term cancellations, the full travel price must be paid, provided that we are unable to rent the apartment again in a short period of time.

We ask our guests to leave the apartment "swept clean" on departure.

Tourist tax per night: adults € 0.95 (May-September € 1.10), children 7-17 years € 0.65 (May-September € 0.70), children up to 6 years are free.
The free guest card "HalblechCard" is included in the visitor's tax.

We ask for a deposit of 25%, the remaining amount is due on arrival.

Arrival from 3 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible in consultation with the landlord, provided that no other guests arrive or depart on the same day.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit bester Lage und Bergblick

Zur Ferienwohnung und Lage: Sauber, mit allem Ausgestattet was man im Alltag braucht und sogar noch mehr. Der Ausblick war grandios und wer es ruhig möchte ist in Buching genau richtig. Frau Schwarz war eine vorbildliche Vermieterin und stand mit Rat und Tat (!!!) zur Seite. Von Buchung aus kann man auch wunderbar wandern. Wer ein paar Kilometer sparen möchte kann auch mit dem Sesslift nach oben vom Hausberg aus loswandern. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. die Königsschlösser, Füssen und der Baumkronenpfad waren nur ca. 15-20 Autominuten entfernt. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in der Nähe machen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub

Super Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung und Aussicht

Viel an Ausstattung, die wir nicht erwartet hatten. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und nette Mieter im Objekt, die sich gut um das Haus kümmern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
