This spacious historic home has been restored to its original charm, but with all the modern amenities.

Centrally located in a historic neighborhood of Kalispell, this home is just two blocks from downtown, including a great coffee shop, ice cream parlor with local flavors, 3 breweries with loal beers, 2 fresh bakeries, neighborhood grocery & diner, Thai food, sushi and two great breakfast places - all within 3 blocks. As well, the house is central located between, and a short drive to, Bigfork, Whitefish, Flathead Lake or Glacier National Park.

This home has been recently restored, has new furniture, mattresses, bedding, and appliances, and is immaculately clean. This home features a large back deck with new Jacuzzi & BBQ and yard, shaded from the sun in the evenings, which is perfect for BBQ's. The gorgeous kitchen has all modern appliances for cooking. Laundry facilities are on site and available so guests may save a trip to the laundry mat. The main living room features a dining table as well as a lounge area with a flat screen TV as well as a DVD player for rainy days. There is also a den, with a reading area, a computer and high-speed internet connection (also wireless throughout the house) for web searches about area attractions, email or business use. Finally there is a daylight basement living room with a second TV/DVD and a play area stocked with toys for the kids.

This home sleeps as many as 8 people in beds. Total occupancy limited to 10 with the use of a blowup mattress. Pets allowed for additional $10/day per pet.

Please inquire about available dates in calendar for periods less than a week during high season and holidays. They are available for rent when full weeks are not available.

It is one-of-a-kind and feels like home. It's just a great place to get together with friends and family and relax. Everyone who stays here tells us it felt like it was their home when they stayed.

What makes this house unique

Great classic Kalispell neighborhood a short walk from anything you could need. All the homes around it are very nice. The huge deck and yard is perfect in summer and other than sleeping you can just about live on the back deck. Within walking distance to about anything you need. Centrally located between Glacier Park, Flathead Lake, and both ski resorts. This house is just perfectly laid out. It's got great shade, stucco siding (which keeps it cool in the summer), beautiful yard and landscaping. Our work often takes us to Kalispell and we often do work in the home office. Great place to relax as well. It's just a perfect home away from home.

Cute and Cozy

We so enjoyed your cute historic home. It was so very inviting the moment we walked through the door. Our children loved walking for ice cream and spending time in the hot tub. My elderly parents came with us and they were able to take the bedroom on the main floor. They commented on how accessible your home was for them. Family time is so very precious and our family did enjoy many memory making moments. Thank you for being a part of our family memories.

Cozy, comfortable historic home within walking distance of downtown Kalispell

This sweet home was ideal for our extended family visit to Montana. The upstairs master suite is beautiful and provides a comfortable oasis for quiet time. The basement bedrooms and bath, with a sitting area and children's toys, provide another spot to step away from group activities for some downtime. The kitchen is well apportioned and we enjoyed the back deck when gathering for morning coffee or an evening in the company of family. Scott and Megan were very helpful in the planning of our visit and we very much appreciate their willingness to share such a special place with us. I hope if we return to the Kalispell area, the Apple Tree House will be available for our visit as we enjoyed not only the home itself, but the location within close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and Glacier National Park. 5 stars for Apple Tree House, Scott and Megan!!

Basement needs a Little Work. Great Customer service.

Main floor is adorable, Upstairs is very cute and functional. Basement is musty, ran into a few large spiders, had some plumbing issues. Liz was very welcoming and helpful and got the plumbing issues handled promptly. Basement could use more hooks and mirrors. The only mirror is in a dark bathroom. Entire unit could use some hangers.

Owner's Response: We so wish you'd brought these concerns up while you were staying! We want people to have a great experience. Since getting this feedback we've added more hangers to the closets as well as an additional mirror in the downstairs living room...and replaced a burned out light bulb in the bathroom. We also added an air purifier downstairs to keep the air circulating. I'm so sorry there was a plumbing clog...which our plumber said was caused by someone flushing baby wipes down the toilet. But thankfully we were able to get a plumber there within a few hours of you reporting it. We also had an exterminator come in and spray as well.

During High Season, June 24 through September 4th, we require a 7 night minimum stay with one exception: If we have less than a week available we are open to renting for a shorter stay in which case the nightly rate is $295/night. You will not be able to book using the online booking form. Please contact us if we have availability.
