Because we are only the 3rd owners of this lovely home, it has retained all its historic charm including original stain glass windows, but refurbished with all the innovated design for today's lifestyle!

Stroll along the neighborhood streets past unique shops, restaurants and all the entertainment the mighty Ohio River has to offer. Enjoy boating; riverfront dining plus you are a bridge away from your favorite big league sports! You are also minutes away from the variety of cultural events, museums, and family friendly activities Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area has to provide.

About The Owner

Born, raised and married in the Greater Cincinnati area, we just celebrated our 37th anniversary in the tri-state. Our background and education includes design, architecture, building and renovation of homes to their original grandeur. When we found this gem we knew immediate this would be a home we could retire to but for now it is perfect for a visiting family, corporate relocation, or just a home away from home.

We chose this home because it offers quaint urban living and big city excitement all within walking distance of our marvelous riverfront. This home offers original wood trim and flooring, working pocket doors, 10' high ceilings, original fireplaces and a comfortable kitchen.

Completely furnished large rooms, 2 furnished bedrooms, den (can be used as a 3rd bedroom), 3rd floor open to all possibilities, new appliances, central air conditioning, gas heat, lovely front porch and additional outdoor living space.

The home is everything that it was shown to be and the perfect location for splitting our time between our respective families located in both Ohio & Kentucky.

Perfect for the Marathon

This updated, historical home was perfect for our stay. I loved the beautiful hardwood and stained glass. We slept 5 very comfortably and enjoyed being a quick shuttle or Uber ride over to Cincinnati. The home was very clean and contained everything we needed to make small meals. The owner responded quickly to my questions and provided a book with useful information at the house. There is a grocery store close by and a neighborhood bar within walking distance (beware, smoking allowed). We enjoyed a baseball game, ran the Flying Pig Marathon and visited Eden Park. I would definitely recommend this home as an alternative to a hotel.

Absolutely PERFECT!

We rented this property for two nights while in town for a wedding. It was absolutely perfect! While we didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen definitely has all the necessities and the dining room is spacious. We traveled with a little one were very happy to know there was already a pack n play and high chair available. Communication with the owner was great with very quick responses. Our flight arrived in the morning and we pleased we were able to checkin a couole hours earlier than the posted check in time. The hardwood throughout the home is gorgous! The bathrooms are all very modern and updated. The third floor is my favorite part of the house.....it's completely wide open with a king bed and a twin bed in the corner. Our 10 month old loved crawling up the flights of stairs to the third floor and looking out the windows which are floor level. Another great feature is the keyless entry. You just punch in the 4 digit code from the owner and you're in! So convenient! The neighborhood is great and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. My favorite college bar (The B-List) was just two blocks away. Kroger is less than a mile. This home is close to everything you may want to do and see but has the comfort of home away from the city noise. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!
