This loft, built in 2006, is a quiet retreat. It is a spacious 850 sq. feet, with a fully equipped kitchen and a sunset-view, covered deck with a gas grill. Downtown, Lake Coeur d'Alene, North Idaho College and City Park are all within a 2-10 minute walk. The Centennial Trail is within a block, and skiing is only 45 minutes away. It is a great launching pad for an active visit.

Labor Day Weekend in Coeur d’Alene
This property was ideal for us - the location was perfect, close to town and easy to get around. The walk over to the beach is very nice. The rental unit was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location
This loft is nicely tucked away in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes walk to the lake and within a fifteen minute walk to downtown. The property was clean with the needed amenities. The extra mattress took some maneuvering to get out of the closet and set up. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The pull out and extra mattress were fine for kids. David provided a great list of activities and restaurants around town. The Garnet Cafe was amazing for breakfast and accommodating to food allergies.

Great place
Perfect location for short walks to beach and downtown. Cozy and comfortable. David goes the extra mile to make sure everything is prepared and ready. Will stay here again if we get the chance

Wonderful Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful stay in this loft! Really enjoyed Coeurdalene and staying close to the beach. The loft is comfortable and has great amenities. We will stay here again!

A Loft above Others
The owners were very helpful through our first VRBO experience! David provided us with his recommend restaurants, and detailed instructions on how to use the appliances, and other features. Unfortunately, we were short on time this trip, and never got to enjoy all of the other features that were included such as the Canoe, Kayak, and bicycles, perhaps next visit! Overall we had an enjoyable experience, the unit was private, clean, included all of the amenities, and more, we were within walking distance of the park, museum, and downtown. Thank you so much David, Drew and Mary Ann Pritchard
