About this property

Our comfortable 3 bedroom beachfront condo (which has the best view in the resort) looks out over the dazzling beach, which is only steps away from your door. Unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with 2 Bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the beautiful natural unspoiled beach and swimming pool. This resort is ideal for couples, group of friends, or families looking for a private vacation in paradise. Here you will find a tropical island getaway with world class snorkeling right outside your door, as well as a practically private pool and hot tub. Unit has a large updated kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Our downstairs bathrooms has also been upgraded and most recently (2021) our floor throughout the entire unit has been upgraded (pictures of update to follow in November 2021)

Watch the sunrise from the two private balconies and/or from one of the two bedrooms overlooking the ocean. Beautiful sunsets can be seen just a short walk down the beach or if you are not into strolling on the beach you can just step out of the front door for spectacular sunsets. Take a stroll or a run along the unspoiled beach right outside your condo.

Northwest Point, a secluded, private intimate and tranquil Caribbean paradise on the Island of Providenciales. At Northwest Point you will enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Resort has lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grill, kayaks. Rental include clean linens when you arrive and clean up after your leave. Towels including beach towels will be provided. Free internet service. Additional house cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

Our unit is rented and managed only by owner and maintained by a private housekeeper. We have full time maintenance staff and the maintenance manager lives at Northwest Point. We will give you access codes to the development as well as our unit once final payment is made.

Northwest Point is only 15 minutes from Airport and 25 minutes (12 miles) from the famous Grace Bay beaches, shops and restaurants. Rental car is advisable so you can explore the island and do your grocery shopping. IGA and Smart Supermarket are only 15 minutes away.

Grace Bay Car Rentals has an office in the airport parking lot. They will have your car ready to drive away. The other rental companies will meet you at airport and take you in their shuttle to outside rental location, all within 3 to 5 minutes from airport. You might want to request a cell phone to use on the island to make reservations, etc. unless you have an international plan with your cell phone company. The phone is free and they will put in as much money as you want and you can always add as you go along if you need. Don't forget to request it when you reserve your car.

Great quiet beachfront place to stay

Northwest Point Stay

Our condo unit was very nice! It was well-kept, quiet and in a remote part of the island. On site grill was well run and food was tasty. Beach was very good.

Beautiful Remote Location

Stayed here with my two sons and daughter-in-law in December 2023. This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos, and hopefully not our last. This is a wonderful condo at a beautiful resort. It is in a remote location on the island away from all the busyness of the main resort areas, but that is what we were looking for. Information before hand and correspondence with Ana while we were there was great. It has a beautiful beach that you can walk in both directions, a very nice pool, along with a hot tub. The resort was not real busy while we were there, we got to meet a number of condo owners while we we there, and one of them from Las Vegas (Dan) put on a 2 hour concert playing the guitar and singing on one of the evenings. We drove into town on a couple of days and visited Grace beach and a number of others (all beautiful). We also went to a few remote locations on the island. We had a wonderful week and would definitely come back here again.

We have lived in New Jersey most of our lives. Both my husband and I were born in Spain but came to the USA at the age of 11 and 15 with our parents who were pursing the American dream. We have been married for 33 years and have two daughters.

Why they chose this property

Our first visit to Turks and Caicos was January 2012. We stayed at the other end of the island and while there we enjoyed the January weather and heard that that was the way it was pretty much all year round, a little hotter but no humidity. At that point we looked through the real state magazines and found Northwest Point Resort. We immediately called the realtor, as we only had 4 days left of our vacation, and she showed us this unit. We fell in love with it and decided to purchase. We specifically liked the beautiful ocean view from the second and third floor and the constant breeze. We loved the grounds and how we'll they were maintained. The beach was what we wanted, peaceful and could take long walks along it, which we love doing.
