Located in the front of the condo complex, we invite you to enjoy our resort feel - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, completely renovated (2012) townhouse with all the comforts of home located in the front of the complex and within a 5 min walk to theme park trams and resort shopping and dining, and approximately 10 minutes to the convention center. This unit sleeps 8 -9 people. Centrally located in So Cal within approximately 1.5 hours drive to any point of interest, LA/Hollywood/beaches, Palm Springs, Temecula, Del Mar, La Jolla, San Diego - it's all here!

This Tiki inspired Polynesian paradise is the place you want to come home to after a long day at the Disneyland theme parks, shopping, sightseeing or working, to relax and rest up for more fun throughout your stay. A park area in front of townhouse allows for kids to run and expend that extra energy. A beautiful shared pool and spa are relaxing on a sunny California afternoon.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom includes a Cal-King bed with upgraded mattress. Direct access to private changing area and shared upstairs guest bathroom. Relax in the queen size sleigh bed in the romantic second bedroom. The kids can kick back and watch a video on the twin/double bunk bed that now includes a twin trundle bed!
Nightly Fireworks show is viewable from the upstairs master bedroom or out in front of the condo...You will LOVE our home!

We love sharing Southern California with friends and family from out of state. We chose to buy here because it is literally center to everything you could want to experience on your vacation! Besides being located next door to the theme park, shopping and dining, visitors can plan day trips to tons of local So Cal entertainment and attractions.
The townhouse front door is as close to the tram as you can possibly get! It is so convenient to get your hand stamped and come home for lunch and a nap then turn around and go back for fireworks.
We had a great time on our stay! The Tiki Townhouse had everything we needed for our Disney vacation, we WILL be coming back! Thank you!
We recently stayed at the Tiki Townhouse for our family holiday. It was great to arrive to spotless accommodation after a 15 hour flight. The location was perfect for what we had planned for our trip. Val and Greg were very accomodating in every way. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a self contained unit, in a great location.

This was a great little townhouse located just outside the parks.
We found the inside of the home warm and inviting and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for myself, husband and our six kids (youngest is 14). The convenience of being in a home versus a hotel was astounding.
It is within a quick walk to the tram station for a easy trip to the main parks. It was also within short distance to other attractions we visited, as well as grocery stores and plenty of fast food.
There is a great pool area for some added relaxation and down time away from the Disney parks.
All and all we would recommend this place to others and will likely use it again in the future.
A group of 5 of us recently stayed at the Tiki Townhouse (4 adults and a 3 year old). During our trip we went to an Angels game, a Dodgers game, Disneyland, and Legoland. This place was perfectly situated for us. We were able to get right on the highway for our day trips. We were able to walk to Disneyland very easily. Most of the time to get to Disneyland we made the 8 min walk to the tram and then to get home we walked the 15-20 or so minutes. We found it very easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We had no problem crossing walnut st. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. It had all of the comforts of home. The Wi-Fi worked great. The shower had good water pressure. The beds were comfortable. The pool and playground were nice too. We did watch the fireworks from the condo one night which was great! There was a grocery store and a Wal-Mart and several restaurants just minutes away. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us, but if we ever did head back we would 100% book this condo again!!!
Though this is not the perfect condo, it is worth the money and provides enough advantages that it outweighs any negatives, which are few.
negatives first, it is bare bones when it comes to supplies. It had dishes, glasses, silverware, and bakeware, but no basic cooking supplies, not even salt and pepper. The air conditioning took a little getting used to, the trick was to crank it down (to 67) during the day, and keep all the shades drawn, and then the condo was cool when we got back from the parks, then turn it up to 71 at night and it kept the place a really nice temp. Once we figured this out, it was great. Towels are limited, we just had six which means the four of us had to wash them every couple of days. bring washing tabs, the laundry access made this easy, but four people, six nights, and six towels made this tricky. Finally, it is a complex that most units are people that live there full time which means you get some teenagers and friends who can get a little loud, but nothing big.
These were all small things, nothing really to get too unhappy about.
The positives included a lap pool for getting a workout, a shared hot tub, both close the the unit, we used these when we came back from the parks in late afternoon (we hit parks at opening, came back around 2, then went back about 6, after dinner in the condo). Beds are super comfy and the three bedrooms give everyone some space. Kitchen is nice and a Ralph's is about 5 minutes away and Target about 10 minutes, for shopping(we left coffee, salt/Pepper for next guest, hope it made it!), this made food costs really low for a Disney trip. 10 minute walk to park shuttle and 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney monorail entry (beware: cannot use it during Magic Morning times if not staying in their hotels, though we told them we forgot our hotel key and snuck through :-)).
Greg was very responsive to all our questions and came over when the BBQ ran ot of propane, made it easy.
This is not a perfect place, but if you are looking for a comfortable and well maintained place with a great location to Disney, this is really good. If the family went again, we would be thrilled to use this location again. We recommend!
Everything was nice however the only thing that we did not like was no parking for visitors. We paid over $1600 for our stay and I feel that at visitors parking passes could have been provided. We had family visit so there was 2 cars visiting at the same time and no where for them to park..we had to have them park in a neighborhood over and go and pick them up from their cars so their cars are now towed (cars were towed on a daily basis)..big inconvenience!!!! We will just choose a stand alone home that will allow for visitors parking for our next trip in June 2017.
