Why Sherri or Sally Williamson chose Hot Springs

My family has owned this piece of land for 70 years! My great grandparents, grandparents, parents, and I have all lived on this property at some point in our lives. This beautiful piece of property is very special to us and we enjoy the opportunity to allow others to make their own memories with their families as well. This particular home was built in 2000 by my father for my grandparents. We have spent many days and nights spending time together on the back deck that overlooks the lake. My favorite part of the deck is that even on the hottest of days it always seems to have a breeze blowing by.

What makes this house unique

One of the great features of this house is the back deck that overlooks the lake. No matter how hot it may be, there is always a breeze on this deck! It is a great place to congregate with family or friends. It is also wonderful for enjoying peaceful time by yourself reading a book or just admiring the great view. Another unique benefit is that the house has a secluded feel, but it is also a very convenient location. It is about 3 minutes from Hot Springs' main road yet feels very private.

Great Property for Location and Cleanliness

  • 5 of 5

This was our 5th year to stay at this property with a group of friends. Great lake location if you dock a boat and great travel location convenient to the main strip, marinas and downtown Hot Springs. The property is always extremely clean and the cupboards are well stocked with the cooking utensil essentials. The owners have a great dock for cooling off from the summer sun, as well. The views are nice and the covered back deck is relaxing. It is located in a very quiet area.

When we first rented the place 3 yeas ago, the first impression as you enter the house is that you are entering into your own home, so you feel very much at home. It has been The same feeling the second and third year. The property is very well maintained and very clean...just like home!

Wonderful for a family get-together.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying at the lake house for a family get-together. It was centrally located and convenient to multiple stores and activities.

The boat slip was great for fishing, and we had a really good time. This was for a Thanksgiving gathering for three married with kids siblings and our parents, and we all had plenty of room and ways to keep everyone having fun.

Beautiful property in a beautiful place

  • 5 of 5

The house was fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the laundry room and used it a lot! The bedrooms were very nice and bathrooms for each -- a nice bonus. We had good TVs and wifi. The deck and boat dock were large and spacious. We used the gas grill and the brick grill. The brick grill was terrific for charcoal & smoking! The dock is fantastic. There's a swim dock for young swimmers and the boat dock was nice swimming too. We highly recommend this place. Also a side note about the people who manage the house -- they were amazing.

Great Location, house and swimming/boat dock..

  • 4 of 5

We stayed for a week in mid July 2016. A family vacation with 8 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 toddlers. The location on the water was the most enjoyable we have had for lake front properties. The dock and cove were ideal for swimming for all. The kitchen facilities and living space were more than adequate. The house is well maintained and comfortable. We had a wonderful time, even though we had to endure a power outage for two nights due to a storm bringing a power line down in the neighborhood. Highly recommend the property.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the great review! We are glad you enjoyed your week in Hot Springs even with a power outage. We agree that the location on the lake is the best! You get the safety of the cove for swimming, but still with the main channel feel.
