'The Butterfactory' is located at 140 Jonson Street. A multi level fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with elegant, unique, innovative design and direct access to pool area. The main bedroom, ensuite and study nook is on the top level with views from the balcony to the northern end of town. Kitchen/living/dining is open plan all on the middle entrance level fully-equipped with quality appliances and gas cooking. Further 2 bedrooms, second bathroom and garage access are on the lower level with direct pool access from both bedrooms.
