The minute you open the door to this condo, you are greeted by a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico that takes your breath away. Enjoy the extraordinary weather and sunsets Fort Myers Beach has to offer from the lanai with mesmerizing views of the beach, pool and Sanibel Island. Watch the dolphins play and see the beautiful Roseate Spoonbills and other exotic birds feeding in the estuary as you relax and sip your morning coffee or evening beverage.

The condo is conveniently located on the south end of the island. The property is located directly on the beach and has plenty of free parking for guests. It is across the street from Santini Plaza which offers numerous restaurants, shops and a marina all within easy walking distance.
