Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo porteiro, os funcionários do prédio muito atenciosos. O proprietário muito prestativo. Apartamento bom para família pequena, máximo 4 pessoas. Pontos importantes que podem ser melhorados: O sofá cama de couro não tem conforto, minha filha precisou dobrar uma colcha para ficar mais macio. O fogão só acende uma boca corretamente, não dá para fazer vários alimentos ao mesmo tempo. A cafeteira não funciona. No mais sem problemas nenhum.
