About Kathy Romersa
We live in Nashville, TN. We have been in the real estate business since the early seventies. We were one of the first to have a vacation rental on Alligator Point. We love travel and have traveled a lot, and from the moment we walked into this house we were captivated by the beauty of the location on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. Its not for everyone, but people that love it keep coming back. We have been in the vacation rental business for thirty five years, and retired from banking and education.
Kathy Romersa purchased this House in 2000
Why Kathy Romersa chose Alligator Point
We have built a loyal base of returning guests that enjoy the area as we know it from 1999 when we discovered this jewel of serenity.
What makes this House unique
The dramatic views of the sea and the sounds at night are melodic. Private, no traffic, no line, fresh seafood, and adults can enjoy being cool under the house while children enjoy the sun.

I have visited this property multiple times and have always enjoyed my stay.
The property is well maintained and clean. It is light and airy and beautifully decorated. The website pictures are exactly what you get.
Had a wonderful time. Thanks
We loved having you. Hope you will return soon.
Perfect beach house
The house was great the beach was fantastic. Just walk down the stairs and there u where. Love sitting on the deck watching the sunset and the dolphins play
Thank you and we hope to hear from you again. No one ever tires of dolphins!
Beautiful home and amazing views.
Property couldn’t be a better location. Walk down the steps and you’re on the beach. Within fifteen minutes you have fish markets, thirty minutes you have a grocery store other way a Walmart. Restaurants in the area were great, Karen’s bakery in Crawfordsville was to die for. We had a few rainy days so we would have liked more comfortable furniture in the living area. Overall I would give it 4 out of 5. We would go back.
The house had everything we needed. And the location was beautiful. My daughters loved finding so many big shells and seeing the dolphins. The house swayed a lot when anyone walked across the house, which was a strange feeling for us. But this was also the first time we have stayed in a house on stilts so that may be a normal thing. Overall it was a great experience. Just wish it was a longer trip! We will definitely be staying there again when we have time to do a fishing trip.
I don’t think anyone tires of seeing Dolphins. I am so glad you had the experience. Nature is what the area is about.
