This beautiful top floor penthouse condominium is located just steps to the beach (with no streets to cross), on quiet Rodney Avenue in the heart of Dewey beach...where the beach is less crowded.

This clean, bright, open, airy, and freshly painted former Model Unit condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Enjoy your coffee while relaxing on the balcony or the perfect spot for evening cocktails while taking in the Ocean AND Bay views.

The fully stocked eat-in kitchen has amazing open views, valted ceilings, two story windows, mounted flat screen TV, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water/ice dispenser, stove, microwave, dishwasher, built in breakfast bar, wine rack and...Washer & Dryer!

Brand new Pottery Barn Farmhouse table that sits 6 and beautiful new Ballard Designs chandelier to brighten up the dining area. New entry way cubbies from Ballard Designs makes storage of shoes, sweatshirts, purses, totes, etc... a breeze!

The wide open redecorated family room loft is great place to watch the sun rise in the morning, read a book during the day, or watch a movie at night. Family room now has two new large cozy sofas, new coffee table containing a library of perfect beach reading books, new console table, as well as a new flat screen 52 inch 4K TV!

The large master bedroom has a high-end brand new king size mattress and bed, mounted flat screen tv, ocean views and newly built in closets for plenty of room for storage.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a twin trundle that pulls out from under the bed. This bedroom now contains a much larger flat screen tv and a console table with children's library of books, puzzles, and board games.

The two spacious bathrooms both have gorgeous granite counters and beautifully tiled showers. Owner replaces shower curtains, liners, and bath mats through out the summer to keep everything fresh!

Park your car(s) in your two personal private parking spots, walk to anything in Dewey or take a short 'Jolly Trolley' ride to Rehoboth Avenue/Boardwalk.

We rent weekly--Sunday to Sunday from June-August. Shorter stays the rest of the year. Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Linens and towels provided but bring your own beach towels!

Rental umbrellas & chairs, plus hot dogs, soda, water, snacks sold on the beach at the beach stand, plus the very popular Water Ice golf cart that patrols the spacious wide open beach.

Owners are meticulous to details to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing. You will never want to stay anywhere else in Dewey!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Maisy’s condo in Dewey Beach. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and Maisy was prompt with her responses to any questions we had. The property is steps from the beautiful beach and also close to both Rehoboth and Lewes for day trips. We were in proximity to local bars, restaurants, and shops if we wanted to go out, but we also had a great time relaxing on the porch with views of Rehoboth Bay and the ocean. Combine all those things with near perfect weather, and it was paradise. We’d definitely love to come back and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering staying there.

Fantastic Accommodation & Location

We had the pleasure of renting this condo for a week & it was a fantastic experience! The location couldn't have been more perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants & Dewey nightlife entertainment. The condo was well equipped with all amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The living area was comfortable & the bedrooms well sized. One of the highlights of this rental was excellent communication with the host. From the moment I made the reservation, the host was prompt in responding to inquiries & provided the necessary information for a smooth check-in process. I highly recommend this condo rental for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I would not hesitate to book this condo again for my future trips to the beach. Thank you very much!

Lovely condo

Perfect location. Quiet street. Plenty of space to walk the dogs. Cute condo. Kitchen is a bit tight but has everything you need. King bed is super comfortable. Twin mattresses a bit thin and can leave your back aching in the morning. But overall lovely. Hosts are wonderful!

This property was very clean and the owner was a delight. She responded quickly to any questions we had prior to renting. She was prompt with sending maintenance for a few minor things. She had property info… rules, check out protocal, wi fi access etc. clearly displayed. She clearly takes pride in her property and we treated her home with respect. We appreciated the linen service option and the chair /table balcony furniture was wonderful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We rate our experience 10/10!!!

We are a family of 5 that love Dewey Beach! Our children have been raised coming to Dewey Beach since they were babies. After having the opportunity to live at the Delaware Shore for a year as newlyweds and before having children, made us decide that we wanted to own a home in Dewey. Fortunately we were able to make that happen when our oldest was only 2 and we were pregnant with our second. Fast forward 15 years and we now we have three kids and two wonderful properties in Dewey! Life is Good and even better when in Dewey!

Why they chose this property

We love Rodney Avenue....it is a quiet wide open street that is not very busy because there are no commercial businesses on the corner. Rodney ave is also close to both ends of Dewey. The reason we chose this particular unit is easy...it was the Model unit, has wonderful ocean views throughout, all the upgrades, and was beautifully furnished. Although it will be awhile, we look forward to retiring in Dewey.
