This is the only 5 bedroom, 5 bath at the base of a ski lift in the entire town of Telluride. The ski lift (Lift #7) and the lift ticket office are directly downstairs. So is the equipment rental shop.

Our property layout is all on a single level so there are no stairs inside. We also do not share any common walls and nobody is above us. Our place feels like a ranch style home at the base of the lift and is walking distance to everything in the town of Telluride.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and we have a 'bunk room' setup for the kids. We have 4 King beds and the bunk room has a bunk bed as well as 2 twin beds.

Heading to a summer festival with a group? Our location is perfect for a large group or anyone who wants their own space, and their own bathroom, but also a great room to congregate in.

If you don't want to walk to main street or the gondola, a free bus runs the town loop every 15 minutes. It drops off and picks up directly in front of our place. The free bus can also drop you off at the gondola station.

Access to outdoor outdoor hot tubs and outdoor gas BBQ's (BBQ's weather permitting). Inquire for more info on parking

Perfect Location!!!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this Awesome ski house! Plenty of room, beds were comfortable and Ryan was an extremely attentive host. The location could not be beat as a ski in ski out as you rolled right out the door and were a few feet to the lift! Everything is walking distance so no need for a car once you have arrived. Really great place!

Excellent Location

We wanted to be ski in ski out, and we certainly attained that goal. Lift was out our back door. Ryan is a great host. We did have adults in the bunk bed room and those beds are pretty small, but we made it work. Easy walk to town, we didn't drive the entire time we were there. Hot tubs are communal and they were heavy use, so we got shut out a few times. We had a great trip.

Ski lift for 8

This was, by far, our favorite lodging of all our trips. I'll start with the obvious - the location. You are looking directly at lift 7, tickets are downstairs and rentals are literally next door. The view out the bank of windows is amazing. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spaced out nicely, plenty of seating around the TV or kitchen table, hot tubs are around the corner and we walked everywhere in town we needed to go. The town is beautiful and full of great food. Ryan is super communicative and helpful. He gave us a hit list of places to try, a shuttle update(which we really never needed), and checked in on us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. If you have a big group, this is just the place for you!

Awesome place

Terrific condo. PERFECT location. You can see the life from the living room. Walk to Main St. Ski rental is next door. The host always replied immediately to texts.
