Nesteled in the trees at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort, this townhome is located just below the Silverado Lodge. Breathtaking views of the mountains and resort from large windows throughout. This is the perfect getaway for several families or a group of friend looking for a memorable and care-free vacation. New furnishings and appliances.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with ample seating in the dining/living area. The living room has 17' high ceilings, exceptional ski resort views, and private outdoor deck area. The living room has a fireplace, 50" flat screen smart TV, surround sound, and DVD player. Connect to Netflix, Pandora, Cinema Now, Hulu, Facebook, Skype, and many other TV apps.

The dining area seats 8 plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. Outdoor gas bbq.

After a full day of skiing/boarding, relax in the new private hot tub, conveniently located on the main level with an adjacent full bath.

The upper level master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, king size bed, writing desk, cozy fireplace, full private bath, and 50'"smart flatscreen TV.

Great Condo in the Park City Canyons lower neighborhood

The property is located a close 7 min walk from the Park City Canyons village lifts. What is really great about this mountain is that there is a free village shuttle which comes directly to the condo and can take you to many different places within the Canyons village. The hot tub within the condo is very convenient and kept in good shape. Every room has a television and a bathroom with shower/tub. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The unit could use a few extra cooking utensils. The locked door ski storage outside was very nice also. Overall a great place for both families and friends.

Great Place

A very convenient comfortable property. The hot tub is a big bonus. The upstairs master bed is very comfortable but very high off the ground, beware if you are under 5'5". Overall great property to stay in.

President’s Weekend

I rented this condo for myself, my 13 year old son, my sister and her 30 year old son. It was perfect. Just the right amount of space. It was in a great location. Easy to get to the slopes. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the hot tub every night. Also, the property manager Susan was extremely communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great accommodations in great location

This home was clean, in a good location and with plenty of space for our party that ranged from 5 to 8 adults over the course of the week. The hot tub was a bonus which was used daily after our day spent on the slopes. With the well-stocked kitchen, we were able to easily prepare meals as we wanted. The beds and other furniture were comfortable and 4 bathrooms only added to convenience for everyone. Getting to/from the base of Canyons was easy either by walking to the Cabriolet lift (<10min) or using the resort shuttle service. Having a place to safety store our ski equipment was key. The property manager provided clear, concise information for directions, check in/check out procedures, who to contact for any needs that arose, rules etc. which is always appreciated. I cannot speak to the clubhouse or outdoor pool since we did not venture there. Overall, completely satisfied with our stay.

Skiing Away at Canyons

A group of us stayed in the condo for a week of skiing and had such a great time. The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. The only thing we noticed was that there were only three "hot tub" towels for the house. We made do with bath towels, but then we were running a little low on those too! Overall it was a great condo though and we would re-visit.

This is a wonderful property right in front of the largest ski and snowboard resort in the state of Utah. We love the combination of close proximity to skiing at The Canyons Resort with easy access to Park City's Historic Main Street District with endless choices of dining, shopping, galleries, and nightlife. The free town shuttle connects all 3 area ski resorts (The Canyons, Deer Vally, and Park City Mountain Resort) with each other, with Main Street, and with our lovely townhome...all within minutes of each other!

What makes this property unique

Our view of the mountain (at The Canyons Resort) is exceptional and difficult to find in this area. The amount of space is terrific for this price range. Everyone loves the private indoor hot tub, especially as part of the apres ski activities. The neighborhood feels a bit secluded yet is only minutes away from so many awesome recreational, dining, and entertainment options.
