Located to the first floor with elevator on the yard, this apartment is completely silent and quiet. You don't even hear any cars from the Rue Guenegaud with windows completely opened. Rare in Paris. Unic privilege in that area, there is a private terrace balcony to appreciate the sky during the sweet days on a easy chair.

The apartment is a studio completely renovated with taste and luxe. A nest of elegance. A Great Location

We had an excellent 10 day stay. The apartment is compact with all the amenities needed including a washing and drying machine. The two code locks on the outside entrance proved to be an initial issue but this was quickly by Thierry. The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, boulangeries and supermarkets. The Louvre, Notre Dame and Museum d'Orsay are within easy walking distance. We used Saint Michel metro as the area around Rue Saint Andre des Arts is our favourite.

Heaps of charm in a central location.

The apartment was great had everything you need. We only stayed a few nights but you could easily stay longer and be comfortable. Compared to what we are used to everything in Europe is small but this was not as bad as some. The building on the courtyard was being renovated but We only saw the workers arriving one morning and it didn’t bother us. Loved that we could sleep with the window open and it was quite in the middle of Paris!

Nice Apartment and Perfect Location

To start off, our Host, Thierry, provided excellent information well before we arrived. Thierry answered all of our questions and gave very detailed directions as well as information on arriving at airport and taking a Taxi to Paris. Check in process was easy. Apartment was clean and the perfect location in central Paris. For anyone who loves art, there are several galleries in this area. It was inspiring to visit all the local galleries. I would definitely recommend this Apartment and any property that Thierry Hosts!
