Great downstairs beach front condo directly across from the beach with the Oceanside harbor shops, restaurants and marina at your back door. Unit is a large one bedroom, 1 bath, with (2) two queen beds in the bedroom PLUS a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Condo is spacious open floor plan, 770 sq ft, completely furnished and offers all the amenities and comforts you have at home. Full size and fully equipped kitchen makes this unit ideal for vacations or weekend retreats. Plenty of towels, including plush beach towels, and bed linens are provided for your use. Also included are, boogie boards, cooler, sand chairs, dome canopies and a variety of sand toys for the kids or the young at heart.

2 HDTVs (55" & 32") are provided in the living room & bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi internet access.
2 cordless landline phones
No air conditioning, but there is a central cooling FAN, plus 2 pedestal fans, and 4 ceiling fans (living room, dining room, vanity & bedroom) that are provided for your use, if needed.
Large private patio is perfect for viewing California sunsets.
Guests are provided with gated parking -1 reserved parking spot in front of unit. Vehicle size limitation is 16'. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed in the parking lot.
On site pay laundry facilities located on the 1st floor
All guests have access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas BBQs and picnic facilities in the pool area. All amenities are open year-round except during any scheduled maintenance.

We also have a local property manager and her staff to assist you during your stay.

Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Once you have booked and have been contacted by our property manager, you will be directed to SUPERHOG to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed within 3 days of booking and before check in.

Check-in is daily between 3:00-5:00 pm. Arrivals after 5:00 pm will be charged a $50 late check-in fee by our property manager. Check-out is 10:00 am.

Note: Pacific Street in front of our complex will be closed off during the Turkey Trot and Ironman events. No vehicles in or out of the harbor during the event.
During "BeSoCha", most of the beach in front of our complex, between the two jetties, will be taken up with the soccer event.

Oceanside is one of Southern California's finest places to escape. We offer 3.5 miles of white sandy beaches and near perfect climate. One of California’s top surfing spots in San Diego County. During your stay, be sure to visit the famous Oceanside Pier, California Surf Museum, and Oceanside Museum of Art along with one of our many golf courses. Or take a short drive out to one of the several Indian Gaming Casinos.

Marjorie was great and her place was spacious and amazing. Right across from the beach. Amazing pool and hot tub and wonderful, friendly guests. Everything was as stated with everything one needs for a memorable beach vacation. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Excellent Location for a beach person

This location is excellent if you are a beach person. Perched between the beach and the marina, it is great for walking around the marina shops. This is a first floor unit, but the building does have elevators for those who need them. We stayed 2 months and enjoyed our time at the beach. Watch out for the IronMan competition. We were clueless about it and got trapped and couldn't get our car out of the parking lot due to the roads being closed for the competition.

Location good and not so.

Very windy area. Constantly. Sand from beach across the road was blown everywhere, including on my car parked in front of apartment and on the entryway to apartment. Sand covered my car and stuck to it. Had to go to car wash often. Apartment old and not in good shape. Two queen sized beds pushed up against the side walls, so to go to bathroom had to crawl over sleeping partner. Nice hot tub though. Next to harbor and its marina, so good walking (except for the constant strong winds.
