Cabin in n the river
Amazing views. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the water. Beautiful sunsets and amazing time by the fire pit too!
The stay at this place was best vacation I’ve had in years: everything super nice. Beds super comfortable. It is a fabulous place to stay and Sunsets best I’ve ever seen. Thanks to owners.
We enjoyed our stay. The views from the house were gorgeous and the neighborhood quiet and relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable.
Priest River Getaway
The location was wonderful on the Priest River and the property very clean. We enjoyed the town and we were able to bike into town from the property and enjoy a run on the road which had very little traffic. The dock right off the back deck was wonderful and we were able to use our paddle boards a little bit. We wish we had better weather during our stay so hope to return when we can enjoy hot summer days on the water!
We felt some of the kitchen pans could be replaced, teflon that is flaking away isn't safe for the body, but we had everything we needed to cook and basic pantry supplies were plentiful.
The bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family of four, but for aesthetic purposes comforter sets could be updated. Some extra throw blankets for cuddling under in the cool mornings and evenings would have been a pleasant touch. The washer and dry was a great amenity and we had plenty of towels and lake towels.
Great Place To Get Away
Great place. Nice and quiet and right on the water. Fun fishing and boating. Great sunsets. The house was very good with everything we needed and they even gave us their propane fire pit since there was a fire ban. I highly recommend this place and will be back.
Great property for outdoor fun
We really enjoyed our stay here. The setting on the water makes it perfect for playing in the water. My husband says its the best place he has jet skied as far as Northwest cabin vacations go. We have stayed on Priest Lake, Twin Lakes, Cour d lane, and Ponderay in Idaho & Flat Head in Mt. He picks this as the best water for his sport. It was pretty great for paddle boarding too. We sort of feel like its a "hidden treasure" body of water. There is plenty to explore & it is relatively quite as far as boating traffic. The interior had everything we need. It was in the 90's a couple of days and the inside stayed amazingly cool. We used a fan at night just once. The grocery store is close & good sized. I do wish the loungers outside had a little thicker cushion to them. But that is not really a complaint just an observation. Do be careful if you have kids about the hot water in the kitchen as it is very hot! Location wise its very close to Priest Lk & Sandpoint if you want to day trip. We went to Sandpoint one day when some clouds rolled in but had it been sunny would have happily stayed put. This is a place we would highly recommend if you like playing on the water. Exactly as described & we hope to return.
Silverwood theme park is half hour away.
