Romantic and cozy apartment located in the very heart of Florence in a quiet and peaceful street just behind Ponte Vecchio (50 mt). From here you can easily visit all the center by foot: walking from Ponte Vecchio, in about two minutes you reach the Uffizi Gallery(350 mt); Piazza della Signoria (500 mt) and the Duomo (800 mt) are just around the corner. However the public transport is on the street down the apartment. Around the area you can choose from a wide choice of typical Italian restaurants at good prices.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a typical building of the 13th century served by LIFT. It is 60 s.m, fully equipped and well furnished. The bedroom, with its king size bed, is bright and airy. The bathroom is nicely blue furnished and provided with clean towels and a washing machine. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed convertible in a bed 1 and 1/2 size and a TV/DVD player. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any kind of dishes; It is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker.
The apartment is also provided with Air Conditioning and WiFi, Washing machine and Dishwasher.

Beautiful and charming Florentine style apartment in perfect location. All amenities were great. AC worked well in the height of summer and there were numerous fans. Francesco provided everything we needed and the place had all the little things - crisp clean towels, great wifi, good shower, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice in freezer, etc. etc. apartment is perfectly located to walk to everything in Florence. Would stay here again. I want to buy the apartment, it’s so good. Thanks Francesco.

Spacious and great location

Francesco was such a lovely and accomodating host. He was very helpful re late check in and let us leave our bags a little later so we didn't have to drag them around the city all day. The apartment is spacious and the location is superb. A short 10-20min walk to any main attraction but very quiet despite being 100m from one of the busiest tourist attractions. We did not take advantage of the kitchen but it was well equiped. Highly recommend pondering up to Palazzo Michelangelo with wine and dinner for sunset.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful position.

We had a great time in Florence. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location to see all the sights of Florence.
