Anaik Martin, is the property manager, lives nearby and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, (808) 652-3410. Professionally cleaned and disinfected by a licensed company. Contactless check-in. At least 24 hrs between guests. Hale Aloha is located in a Tsunami Evacuations Zone. Evacuation procedures are provided prior to and on arrival.
Hale Aloha, a private gated oceanfront estate is one of the most secluded beachfront properties on all of Kauai. Located on Aliomanu Bay, this custom beach house offers unobstructed ocean views from most all rooms and the backdrop and grandeur of the Kalalea Mountains is post card perfect. Besides the obvious, location, location, location, Hale Aloha differentiates itself from other beautiful rentals because it was designed, remodeled and decorated for my family. Immediately apparent is the décor, this is not rental décor. The home was decorated by Gail Miller, a well published interior designer known for custom designed furniture with an island feel and the use of neutral colors to highlight the beauty of the outdoor ocean setting.

You will waken to spectacular sunrises and enjoy the benefit of the most central of locations for all Kauai adventures. Be forewarned however because once you settle into this gracious home you may not want to leave.

With your morning coffee in hand, stroll across your lawn to the inviting sand and warmed turquoise waters. It won’t be long before the routine of car, door, office, is replaced by swim, eat, visit with the fish, and watch the stars. Protected from the waves by extensive offshore reefs our very secluded beach provides the safest of locations for the youngest and oldest of swimmers and is perfect for snorkeling year round. Take one of our ocean kayaks across the bay, marvel at the colorful coral formations and visit with the turtles.

Our comfortable, yet elegant home, tells a story and sets a spectacular stage. Impassioned by all that is Hawaii, it was never our desire to trump its setting and so although our home’s magnificent attention to detail is glamorous it has been sensitively designed to reflect a quieter slower time that retains a sense of the romanticism of old Hawaii. My personal collection of authentic surf art and rare surfboards decorate my home and compliment the easily recognized trademarks of Gail Miller.

Hale Aloha has all the conveniences to allow for gracious living, an fully appointed gourmet kitchen with a full size ice maker, wine cellar, bar sink, and beverage fridge. Enjoy dinner in the formal dining room, an informal brunch in the casual dining area, or go island style on the 75' lanai, where you can also seat 12 for an oceanfront meal.

Enjoy a game of basketball in the driveway or a game of croquet in the back yard. Take a romantic walk at night, revel in the grandeur of the milky-way and rediscover the constellations.

Be pampered by our hardwood floors, sleep in the splendor of our bedding, walk the manicured lawn through tropical landscaping, pick our plumerias and discover the joys watching lilies open and close in the lily pond. The tranquility of this home is only outdone by the privacy afforded our guests. There are many lovely homes on Kauai, but location, design and quality of amenities make Hale Aloha unique. • The Hale Aloha beachfront gated estate features 6 air conditioned bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the detached guest cottage. The sleeping capacity of the Hale Aloha estate is 12, 10 in the main house and an additional 2 in the detached three room air conditioned guest cottage. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, wifi, cable, DVD, CD, sonos music system, and large Flat Screen smart TV's.

• The kitchen and living room open to a 75' oceanfront deck and the upstairs bedrooms open to a covered 50' lanai (deck).

• Spacious fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a Family gathering are as well as a large casual dining table

• Formal dining room with ocean view

• Outdoor dining under the covered deck with a very large teak table.

• New stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, 6 burner gas stovetop, new built-in oven, built in microwave, large island counter with prep sink, beverage refrigerator, ice maker, and wine cellar, new outdoor gas barbecue.

Worth every penny!
This home is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Loved the decor!! We visited as a group of two families (12 total) and it was perfect for us to spend quality time together! Its roominess also allowed us to break from everyone when needed and enjoy some peaceful alone time on the beach, patio or extra living areas. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Cozy bed/pillows. A wonderful vacation that went by way too fast! Thank you for sharing your home🌴🌊

Roomy and lovely
We had a group of old friends having a reunion, five couples and a single. Everyone loved the place. There was an individual bedroom and bathroom for everyone. It is very roomy. We could all visit in the kitchen area, all fit in the dining room, and all eat together outside on the patio. It was lovely to have the ocean as our constant companion. Anaik responded promptly the few times I needed to reach her. We would not hesitate to recommend it to a group our size.

The absolutely best place for a family vacation with small children.
This property far exceeded our expectations. My husband and I booked this house for a family vacation with our 2 adult kids, their spouses, 5 grandchildren ages 1.5 to 7, and a nanny. The house accommodated everyone very comfortably. It's huge and has wonderful places for everyone to gather, as well as space for quiet time alone or in small groups. The fenced backyard is perfect for the kids, and most of the time when we were on the beach, there was no one else there. We watched grey whales as they passed by multiple times a day and enjoyed searching for anole lizards and geckos. Anaik was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We would definitely book this property again!

My husband and I enjoyed living in and caring for Hale Aloha (VRBO 308945) and Hale Aliomanu (VRBO 306938). Both private gated estates are 200 feet apart on same secluded Aliomanu Bay.
I have always loved the water, and after coming to Hawaii in the 70's when I was 17 I knew I'd never leave. We moved to Kauai in 2000 and we both love the ocean, my husband is an experienced sailboat captain, we both enjoy surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and fishing. The quiet small town appeal of Kauai fits our personalities perfectly.
Some of my most cherished family memories are from the estates at Aliomanu Bay.

The warm sands of the Pacific in the front yard, bedrooms cooled by AC, prevalent trade winds cooling the common areas, the sound of the ocean, great weather, plantation charm of this spacious house, interior designs by Gail Miller, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, casual dining area in kitchen, 50' upper lanai and 75' lower deck with dining for 12... the sun and moon rising out of the water is so romantic and the lack of ambient light makes stargazing spectacular. Strolls on a moonlit beach, castles in the sand, the dolphins in the summer, the whales in the winter and the sleepy monk seals and happy go lucky turtles are sure to be treasured memories.
