This newly updated, Majestic Sun 905B, beach view vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the ninth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Along with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV and private bathroom. The guest room offers 2 full-size beds, an HDTV, and attached full bathroom. A washer and dryer can be found in Majestic Sun 905B Destin vacation rental for your convenience and sleeps a total of 6.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was mediocre at best. The king bed was very uncomfortable leaving us aching every morning. The blinds in the second bedroom were broken which we reported and apparently a maintenance request was already submitted. However, nobody showed up the entire week to fix them. The dryer made awful loud rumbling noises every time I tried to use it, again maintenance requested however, problem was not addressed which made it difficult to dry beach towels for the next day. The last three nights we were there at least one hot tub was broken, leaving the other overcrowded and unusable. The area was beautiful, but I think we would look elsewhere for accommodations in the future.

This condo was very clean and well stocked with everything in the kitchen. My only suggestion would be a better can opener! All 3 of them did not work well. Also, the curtain rod in living room needs some repair. These are minor suggestions only....do not let these discourage you from renting here. Super clean and great location. Contact with hosts very quick if needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is just like the pics. Location is great. The complex is great. There is a parking garage so you will find somewhere lol. The beds are not new and are ok but any longer and I might have been sore, but I’m old! Couple of maintenance issues (fire alarm beeped) and the maintenance people came and fixed them immediately! We would stay in this condo again. The living room furniture is nice and they do have a few toys, boards ect for use in the condo as well as a couple of chairs and an umbrella.
