Perfect Beach Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moonbreaker! Everything was cosy and comfortable. We loved the views from the house, decks, and especially loved sitting in the yard in front of the fire pit and viewing the ocean. We will definitely try to come back.

Moon house

lovedthe house. Will definitely stay here again if available when weneed it. Quiet neighborhood righton the beach. You could not ask for any thing better. Love this place.

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for our stay. My only criticism would be the beds are too soft for my liking. However, my adult daughter thought they were heavenly! This kitchen has everything you might need and the outdoor fire pit was perfect! The stairs down to the beach are very steep with the last step down to the sand being a BIG one. The jacuzzi tub is nice. The views are amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location cannot be beat. Private access with minimal stairs made it worth it. Beds were not very comfortable and the home had an old musty smell throughout, including the linens. Several other maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Right on the beach

Nice place, clean and well appointed. The hardwood floors on the first floor are worn and it appears work may be in process (plywood patches in three places).
