We are so excited to welcome you to our home-away-from-home! It is a year-round haven for fun. We are so impressed with what Park City offers for vacationers in both the winter and summer seasons. The condominium is ideal for families with an entire loft for the kids OR it can easily be transformed into a romantic cottage when the lights are dimmed and the wood burning fireplace crackles in the distance. We hope you will love it as much as we do!
SUMMER:
Park City enjoys dry summer weather with moderate temperatures. Our condominium is literally right across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course. You will have terrific views of the Course and the mountain from your balcony. If golfing is not your speed, try the mountain alpine slide, zip rider, a mountain sled, rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding, or just enjoy a ride to the summit on the town lift.
WINTER:
The condominium is in the heart of Park City and a mere three-minute walk to the Three Kings Lift, First Time Lift, and the ticket booth at the Park City Mountain Resort. The head of a fantastic, cross-country, ski trail is also directly across the street. Need more? How about a dog sled or bobsled ride, maybe a sleigh ride or après ski after a long day of heli-skiing? Regardless of your fancy, welcome to the slopes of the 2002 Olympics!
The condominium is spacious and fully equipped. It has a master bedroom with a QUEEN-SIZE BED, a full bath (in hall), and cable TV with DVD. The spacious loft has two TWIN BEDS, a set of BUNK BEDS, and a connected bathroom with a stand-up shower. The living room also has a 27-inch cable TV and DVD/VCR with a SLEEPER SOFA that can fit two adults or three children. The cottage can sleep six people very comfortably. There are two sleeping bags to accommodate more children if needed.
The condominium is on the FREE shuttle bus route that can take you to the Deer Valley Resort (two-and-one-half miles), the Canyons Resort (two-and-one-half miles), and historic Main Street where you will find well over 100 great restaurants, shopping, gallery, and nightlife activities! Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird are approximately 40 miles away.
A rental car is not necessary as shuttles are available to and from the SLC airport (30 miles) and a supermarket is within walking distance.

My wife and I own have owned this property since 2004. We are both in the Alaska Air National Guard and currently live in Alaska.
Jeff Smith purchased this condo in 2004
We purchased this property in 2004 and it has become a home away from home. We had no idea how much we would enjoy using it with our two boys. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
We love the view from the back porch as it overlooks the golf course and you have a nice view of Park City Mountain Resort. The short walk to the lift or the free shuttle bus makes traveling around the city a breeze. The heated pool and hot tub are very enjoyable after a long day of skiing.
Just wanted to let you know
That we had a great week in Park
City. We skied at the Park City resort
All week, the skiing was great.
Enjoyed staying at your Snowcrest
Unit. It is in a great location and everything worked out well.
Clean, close to slopes. Great value. Very useful check in materials and greatly appreciated the opportunity to check in early. Everything went smoothly except the code to the door had not been updated. Sorted this out quickly with a 24 hour on-call person
My group enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were comfortable. The complex has a great hot tub and pool.
We had a wonderful family trip to Park City to ski this week. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The girls loved the loft (the spiral staircase is steep and narrow but fine for bigger kids) and enjoyed their own space. I loved having a washer/dryer to clean clothing after a day on the slopes. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. I let him know the parking pass was not in the kitchen and that a few light bulbs were out and within less than a day everything was perfect. Great owner, lovely property. We opted to drive to the mountain each day to ski due to ski boots but easy walking distance and you can walk to markets and a few food spots. Great vacation!
High marks for location, accommodating a group of skiers and hospitality. Owner was quick to address minor arrival concerns. Unit was clean and appointed with everything we needed for skiing, sleeping and dining. There are usually two locations when skiing; ski in/ski out and everything else. This was a great in-between. Across the street and 2 blocks if you wish to walk and we did mostly. Directly across the street from the bus stop that is less than a 1 minute ride to the base area. 30 or so trips skiing and will stay here when back in PCMR.
Close to lifts, nice apartment. Perfect for 6 people.
Our stay at Snowcrest was great for a ski vacation. The condo is literally across the street from the main Park City Mountain parking lot (although we still drove our car to park there in the morning so we wouldn't have to walk in ski boots). Location is ideal-just off the main avenue through PC, a few blocks from a supermarket and ski rental locations. There is also a 7-11 across the street in the back. I looked at a lot of properties in PC before choosing this one because it was closest to the lifts and had a loft in case we ended up with more people. It was just my teenage son and I but my son is already asking about coming back next year with some friends. The place is very well maintained and had everything we needed for an comfortable and convenient stay. The bathroom off the loft is beautiful. The wifi is also great (my son played video games online most of the time we were not skiing). Jeff, the owner, was very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend.
