It is within walking distance or water taxi to town and located on Medano Beach, the only swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas.

My family and I had a great vacation here at Villa La Estancia! The welcome packet from the owner was super thorough and helpful. We loved relaxing by the pool and also exploring the mariner. It was totally easy getting taxis and dinner reservations. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous condo!

The condo was immaculate and spacious and well-appointed. The best part was the huge balcony with the spectacular view! The pool area was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great - about a mile walk (or taxi) to the marina with tons of restaurants and shops (and a gigantic supermarket). I highly recommend if you are going to Cabo!

The property was very clean, accurate description on post. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious with lovely balcony. Host was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely go back again. Give it a 10/10.
