The Flying S Cabin

Spend your time in Durango at the beautiful Flying S Cabin. Conveniently located between downtown Durango and Durango Mountain Resort, this cozy cabin is the perfect place to getaway. A wonderful balcony deck wraps around the house and you can sit and enjoy the peaceful scenery and amazing mountain views. A brand new hot tub has just been added and is great for taking a soak after a long day of activities. The open kitchen and living area has plenty of room for the entire family to curl up in front of the wood fireplace and enjoy the mountain views and all of the beauty that surrounds you. The kitchen has been remodeled with new countertops and recently a new coffee bar was added. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and in-room TV. Upstairs in the loft is a king bed and a privacy screen is available for guest use. The upstairs bedroom contains two full beds and its own TV. Downstairs the bonus room is perfect for the kids, with a twin/full bunk and in-room TV. (Please note stairs are required for entry to this home.)

This home is dog friendly. Approved Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee per pet based on size/type. Please let us know about your pet(s) when inquiring or making your reservation.

First family trip together

We have family in Durango and drove in two vehicles to stay for the week. We went to Silverton and saw the sites and took hikes. The kids had a wonderful horse back ride at Bear Ranch. We went to the Durango Hot Springs. Went to the Ute cultural museum and learned a lot about their history. And sat in the Hot Tub and saw some awesome meteorites! We had an awesome time.

Durango Vacay

The house was perfect for our group of seven plus two dogs. We loved the area. We absolutely fell in love with Durango! we would recommend this house to everyone!
