Located on the first floor this three bedroom Riverfront condominium offers great views and easy access to the Pemigewasset River. The spacious living, dining and kitchen area occupies the center portion of this condominium. On one side of the living area is the primary bedroom suite with queen bed, television and private bath. On the other side are two additional bedrooms (one with a full size bed, the other with a set of bunk beds and a twin bed) as well as a full bath.

Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is not available.
The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has no air conditioning.

Rainy but fun weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental met our needs. Very comfortable, plenty of seating and anything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely rent this unit again. Only problem we had was the shower in the main bedroom didn’t drain fast enough. We were standing in ankle deep water as we were showering.

The condo was a perfect size and loved the deck in back for my morning coffee listening to the river. We had a great time in the river and pool.
