A lovely four bedroom, 3.5 bath multilevel vacation home at South Peak Resort. Located close to downtown Lincoln and not far from the base of Loon Mountain ski area's Timbertown Quad chairlift.

This vacation townhouse is accessed from the second level of the building. Once inside, on the entry level, you will find a spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. Curl up on one of the couches in the living area, turn on the gas fireplace and watch a DVD. The kitchen offers plenty of space to create your favorite meal and has beautiful stainless steel appliances. Play a game or just enjoy the view while sitting at the high-top dining table. The dining area looks out over the grassy back slope toward the Pemigewasset River. Also on the entry level are two bedrooms (one with two twin beds, the other a queen bed) and a full and half bath.

The upper level of the townhouse hosts the primary bedroom suite with queen bed and full private attached bath featuring a tub and separate glass enclosed shower. Additionally on this upper floor are a second bedroom with queen bed, a 3/4 bath and the laundry nook with washer and dryer.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at /shuttle-service/
South Peak 3G does not offer membership to a pool or fitness center. Pool and fitness club membership of 1+ months can be purchased for a separate drop-in fee at the Mountain Club on Loon or the Nordic Inn Club.

Great unit, great location
We enjoyed 3G in Building 15. It was clean and the location at the Escape Route made it really easy for all of the skiers. Plus an easy drop off at the South Peak. There were little issues like doors not locking, a window blind not working, and the seat cushion coming off one dining chair, but someone came out to repair the doors. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bags made it feel more spread out for everyone and the living room and open kitchen was great for gathering. Would definitely return.

This property was disappointing, while I don’t expect all essentials salt would have been nice.
We were looking forward to this long weekend with family. The check in and Susan (Loon reservations) was wonderful to work with. The condo was ok, no extra essentials available, bring your own salt. You may want to bring your own pillows as well, I had to use the pillows from the couch. They were horrible! The hot tub and fire pit are located two buildings down, not a far walk if it’s warm out. The gas fireplace and appliances were good, plenty of dishes and utinsils.
