A three bedroom townhouse at Alpine Village Resort. Enter to the living room with TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. Off the living room is a full bath and the master bedroom with queen bed and television with DVD/VHS. Also on this level is the dining room and full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area with sofa. One bedroom offers a queen bed and small TV/DVD and the second bedroom has two twin beds.

Enjoy your membership in The Mountain Club Fitness Center. Indoor pool and outdoor pool, three hot tubs (one outdoors), sauna, and exercise room.

Alpine Village Resort is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Truant's Tavern and the Cascade Coffee House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Small dogs are welcome, $25 fee per dog. No more than two dogs allowed.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space.

Great! BUT... the unit could have been better maintained.

The property manager was very helpful.

The vacation rental was clean.

I was very happy with the location.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I loved the fact that this unit is within walking distance of the Woodstock Inn and downtown. My ONLY complaints are with the unit itself. Not the cleanest and it could use some maintaining. Where the carpet meets the wall looked like it was filled with 15 years of dirt. I was referring to it as the black ring of death during my stay. The first floor had a bit of a musty smell, which was made worse by the fact that you are constantly smelling oil from the heating oil tank, especially as you get closer to where its kept in the mudroom closet. There are some dents and dings in the walls that really need to be fixed, as well as a section of the 2nd floor where the plywood sheathing is lifting up. The rotting window in the living room was an especially nice touch. For the money I paid, I expected a bit more quality. I'll rent in this complex, and rent again from Loon Res. However, I won't rent this unit again.

Owner's Response: We're sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at this home as much as previous stays. It's true that this layout has smaller rooms than some of the previous homes you've stayed at. We do hope to see you again in the future.
