Welcome to Hilton Head Beach Villa # 3!! Completely repainted, this villa has been newly updated with New Appliances, New Furnishings as well and a New HVAC System!! Looking for a Beachfront Rental? Look No Further!!

Located oceanfront on South Forest Beach Drive, this tri-level oceanfront townhome offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and living room-dining room combination, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room, and carport. The living-dining room area has a very large deck and sliding glass doors that offer a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a second living room that has sliding glass doors opening to a beautiful Oceanside patio. The villa does offer WIRELESS INTERNET and five flat-screen TVs; one in each of the three bedrooms and one in both of the living rooms.

Thirty Condominiums share a large central courtyard with a pool that opens onto the ocean. Add a private patio and barbecue grill off of the first level and you have the makings of a great family vacation.

Amazing townhouse and location!

We loved our stay here! The townhouse was beautiful and very well stocked. The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was so easy. The beach in front of us was never overcrowded, we always had plenty of room no matter what time we went out. An added surprise were the two Bucks living in the lush area between us and the dunes. We watched them every morning! We will definitely be back!!

Family vacation 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property and the location. We had an issue with the freezer door not closing all the way, but property management sent someone out right away. Some rooms could have been a little cleaner, but I understand cleaning company is probably short staffed and under time limits. We had light bulbs that were burned out, but we finally discovered extra ones in the laundry room. The main complaint was the toaster in the kitchen was not working, but we found other ways to toast bread. Loved the upstairs deck and the short walk to the beach. Would rent this property again.

Secure villas close to ocean.

The property was clean on arrival. The management company was very prompt in replacing garbage disposal. The kitchen was fully stocked for those that like to cook. Love the easy walk to beach and pool. We would recommend these villas.
