3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach

This condo is located right on Seven Mile Beach, close enough to hear the waves rolling in!  I bought it recently because of the spacious size (over 1600 square feet), and the fantastic views of Seven Mile Beach, the ocean and the sunsets. Enjoy great views of ships sailing by as you have your morning coffee or watch the peaceful sunsets while enjoying refreshments on the over 400 sq foot deck. Both the master bedroom and the living room have large sliding glass doors that allow you great views of the ocean and sunsets. Being an end unit on the third floor provides additional views through added north facing windows.

Our kitchen is very well stocked with all that you may need to enjoy a meal in the condo, including a large array of cooking utensils, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The condo is well furnished with higher end furniture, lamps,and a very nice décor. In January 2015 we installed new TV's and a new Blue Ray / DVD player. We have also recently replaced the mattresses and box springs for all of our beds.


The three bedrooms include a master bedroom that has a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with a king size bed and television. It also has a Pack n Play and roll out cot available in the closet. A third bedroom with an ocean view and two twin beds. We have added a conversion kit to make the two twins into a king bed if needed.

One thing we offer that many other rentals do not is free calls back to the US and Canada. There is also free WIFI, and a phone that can be used for free local calls.

The condo complex has two pools, plus a children's pool and a whirlpool. There is a swim-up bar and grill by the main pool (with very tasty daiquiris), which is the largest pool on Seven Mile Beach. There is also a sandy cove built out into the ocean with very good snorkeling right in front of the condo! A tennis court is also available on a limited basis. There are about 30 restaurants in a 6 or so block radius from the condo. Plus many stores and specialty shops. There is a dive store in the mall next door that both sells and rents equipment, including snorkeling. Many restaurants and businesses are within walking distance, or use a rental car to explore the island as we do have parking for the unit. Camana Bay, a neat open air mall is close by too. Most of my guests are NOT renting a car as so many things are close by, and many dive shops, snorkeling adventures and such will pick you up at the condo. There is a very good car rental shop just two blocks away if you decide to rent one during your stay.

I don't want to over promise, but on a recent trip, my friends snorkeled right in front on the condo, and saw lobsters, a stingray, tiny squid, and many different fish. My last trip I saw a nurse shark, and turtles too ! We do have a fresh water hose on the deck to make washing your snorkeling or diving gear very convenient.

Seven Mile Beach has such great views, and so many things to do close by. Short drive or walk to a very large food store, many shops, restaurants, bars. Georgetown is only a 5 to 10 minute drive, or less then a half hour walk.

Amazing property, location and balcony

We spent an amazing 8 nights at Ken's unit and had extended family stay at another unit on the property. With a family of 5, traditional hotels are no longer a viable option for us. This 3 bedroom unit provided ample room for our family.

First of all, Sunset Cove provided us everything we love about traditional beach resorts: great pool, kids pool, whirlpool, swim up bar and the convenience of walking from the pool to the beach. What it also provided was a wonderful, quiet beach without the hassles of having to get up early to "claim" your beach chair. The snorkeling inside the cove was great for beginners and a short swim outside the cove provided excellent spots for more advanced snorkelers.

This unit was well equipped with everything you may need, from beach towels to toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen. However, our favorite part of the unit by far was the balcony and the view. In my opinion, the location of this unit is the best in the complex for what we were looking for. Being on the 3rd floor, it not only has ocean views from the master bedroom and living room, but also views of seven mile beach from the dining area and the third bedroom. This set it apart for us and outweighed the potential convenience of being on the 1st floor. The large balcony provided unbelievable sunset views every night and more than enough room for our extended family to join us. Morning coffee on the balcony listening to the waves and looking for cruise ships in port was so serene.

Ken was a pleasure and very responsive to questions as well as providing a guest book from previous renters to read about their experiences.

Access to the main stretch of seven mile beach was a short few minute walk north on the road and then entering through one of the many beach access areas. We ran most mornings along Seven Mile and passed many resorts. We were happy to return to the solitude and serenity of Sunset Cove and our amazing unit. I am a traditional beach resort person, but couldn't be happier with our decision to go with this unit.

Just spent a week here with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and 17 month old granddaughter. The condo was perfect for our visit. The condo was nicely appointed including some DVD movies, beach toys and towels, a mask and snorkel and coffee and coffee


Although due to tropical storm Phillipe we didn't get to enjoy it much, the deck had a lot of room to hang out with a great view of the ocean. The protected beach right out front was one of the nicest parts of the beach around the area. A lot of the beach elsewhere was very rocky. The location is good for a short walk to several restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the grocery store

The condo is immediately adjacent to the Margaritaville Hotel. We had use of their pool area and there is a bar and restaurant. We used their lobby to get a cab. (not sure if we were supposed to make use of there amenities or not but no one asked )

Wonderful condo right on the beach

My sister's and I booked this trip and Ken was wonderful and always ready to answer any question we had as we got ready for the trip. We arrived and immediately fell in love with the condo and of course the view! Everything you could think of was provided by Ken and his staff. When a problem arose (like the wind blew the umbrella on the patio and broke it). The staff was on it and replaced it immediately. We loved that the people in the Cayman's were friendly and courteous and would always help you out with directions, places to eat etc. You will love staying in this condo which is so convenient to everything!!

perfect vacation with amazing beach, ocean and views!

The location was close to everything but very private and quiet. The snorkeling right out front was unreal- turtles, rays, beautiful fish, lobsters, and more! But the deck views were the best- especially at sunset! We would go back in a second!
