3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach

This condo is located right on Seven Mile Beach, close enough to hear the waves rolling in!  I bought it recently because of the spacious size (over 1600 square feet), and the fantastic views of Seven Mile Beach and the sunsets. Enjoy great views of ships sailing by as you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the peaceful sunsets while enjoying refreshments on the over 400 sq foot deck. Both the master bedroom and the living room have large sliding glass doors that allow you great views of the ocean and sunsets. Being an end unit on the third floor provides additional views through added north facing windows.

Our kitchen is very well stocked with all that you may need to enjoy a meal in the condo, including a large array of cooking utensils, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The condo is well furnished with higher end furniture, lamps,and a very nice décor. In January 2015 we installed new TV's and a new Blue Ray / DVD player. We have also recently replaced the mattresses and box springs for all of our beds.


The three bedrooms include a master bedroom that has a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with a king size bed and television. It also has a Pack n Play and roll out cot available in the closet. A third bedroom with an ocean view and two twin beds. We have added a conversion kit to make the two twins into a king bed if needed.

One thing we offer that many other rentals do not is free calls back to the US and Canada. There is also free WIFI, and a phone that can be used for free local calls.

The condo complex has two pools, plus a children's pool and a whirlpool. There is a swim-up bar and grill by the main pool (with very tasty daiquiris), which is the largest pool on Seven Mile Beach. There is also a sandy cove built out into the ocean with very good snorkeling right in front of the condo! A tennis court is also available on a limited basis. There are about 30 restaurants in a 6 or so block radius from the condo. Plus many stores and specialty shops. There is a dive store in the mall next door that both sells and rents equipment, including snorkeling. Many restaurants and businesses are within walking distance, or use a rental car to explore the island as we do have parking for the unit. Camana Bay, a neat open air mall is close by too. Most of my guests are NOT renting a car as so many things are close by, and many dive shops, snorkeling adventures and such will pick you up at the condo. There is a very good car rental shop just two blocks away if you decide to rent one during your stay.

I don't want to over promise, but on a recent trip, my friends snorkeled right in front on the condo, and saw lobsters, a stingray, tiny squid, and many different fish. My last trip I saw a nurse shark, and turtles too ! We do have a fresh water hose on the deck to make washing your snorkeling or diving gear very convenient.

Seven Mile Beach has such great views, and so many things to do close by. Short drive or walk to a very large food store, many shops, restaurants, bars. Georgetown is only a 5 to 10 minute drive, or less then a half hour walk.

Lovely and well appointed Ocean front condo with amazing views set on the pristine Seven Mile Beach.

We had an awesome time staying in this beautiful and definitely well appointed spacious condo right on the ocean, top floor, huge deck and the most amazing views you could ever ask for! Ken is an awesome host, he responds right away to any question or anything you need. He has the condo wonderfully decorated with an island touch. We had 6 adults in the 3 bedroom condo, we all felt like we had a lot and space and privacy. The bedrooms have super comfortable beds , pillows and very comfy sheets and comforters. There are lots of closets, drawers and shelving to store and organize all your belongings. The showers are refreshing and the master bath shower has additional sprayers coming out of the wall, that was great! We had a great cable TV system and WIFI that always worked! There are more than enough big fluffy shower towels and really large and soft beach towels, better than mine at home! This condo has a special surprise, it has beautiful wood vaulted ceilings throughout, they are gorgeous and really adds to roominess and openness of it all. The well stocked arsenal of dishes pots pans and utensils and appliances will allow you to make up any food you desire. When we weren't eating at any of the delicious restaurants , I was making up all sorts of delicious foods, most everything I needed to cook with was there. There is a great grocery store Kirk's about 15 min. walk down the street or 3 min. shuttle or car ride away. Also there is a liquor store 1 block away, or a quick jaunt through the side parking lots in case of an emergency rum outage! The views from the balcony are truly amazing as well as the master bedroom with full sliding glass door also. Even the smaller bedroom has a great view of the ocean. Lots of large glass windows, it is just beautiful wherever you look! Now on to the most amazing beautiful, super clean white sand beach and crystal clear blue water, it is truly your own paradise. Great snorkeling right in front of the condo there is a beautiful , lively coral reef with the coolest fish and sea life. It was pretty awesome. There is a cove built that keeps the waters calm if you just want to swim and relax in the refreshing ocean waters. Lots of great beach chairs with umbrellas set up throughout the beach area. There are 2 huge pools, one with a swim up bar, wading pool , hot tub and lots of chairs and umbrellas. I've already booked my return trip. A great time was had by all. It's pretty awesome!

Amazing view with a great location

An excellent option if you want to be on the water and avoid the mega resorts. The condo is showing a little age, but is in great condition. It was wonderful to be away from the noise coming from Margaritaville. Until that is done, I would strongly avoid all units further back or near the pool. This unit is sheltered from that chaos. Our kids (2 & &) loved the pool and beach. The poolside bar was kinda pricey and unimpressive. We opted for this condo so we could make our own food & drinks. The liquor store to the south by XQ's has an amazing selection!

The Kirk's grocery is a short walk away, and a $10 cab ride back. Definitely easier than renting a car. The grocery has some excellent local fish if you don't want to hit the market in town. We did a couple day rental from Andy's and I'd avoid their aging fleet next time.

DNS scuba is next door and they were excellent. I'd strongly recommend diving or certifying with them. Captain Otis of StingRayCity was great too. Both places will shuttle you, so again, no reason for a rental.

If I return to the Cayman's, I'll most definitely consider staying here again.

This was our second year with Ken in his beautiful condo on 7 Mile Beach. It really is the perfect spot, within walking distance of a supermarket, car rental, shops and restaurants. The condo overlooks the beach and has the best location on the complex, away from the road, away from the pool area (no noise!), on the top floor and on the corner - perfect! The condo is modern, clean, well equipped and has a great balcony for watching the spectacular sunsets. For the people who like to snorkel, there is a great reef just off the beach with plentiful fish. The pool is great, with lots of different areas, a waterfall, and a swim up bar - my husband and son watched soccer on the bar TV's while sitting on bar stools in the water - they loved it! We are a family of four and the condo was a great size, having a bedroom each for the kids. Ken is very easy to deal with, replies promptly to enquires and really tries to make your vacation a good one. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Nice deck!

We thoroughly enjoyed Ken's condo. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 plus Grandma. The condo was spotless and well furnished. I very much appreciated that Ken provides many towels and supplies. We spent a considerable amount of time sitting on the huge deck overlooking the ocean. If you stay here, bring water shoes because the shore is very rocky and the only way to walk north on seven mile beach is at low tide through rocks (I wish we had known beforehand). The snorkeling right off shore was fantastic--saw lots of fish, including a barracuda, tarpon, flounder, sand diver, and something with a big green head hiding under the rocks. The food at Billy Bones was tasty and we enjoyed the swim up bar. Billy Bones let us run a tab for the week which was convenient. I think my only suggestion would be to provide guests some spray cleaner for the kitchen counters and glass table (even simple vinegar and water) and to pare down some of the many, many dishes and gadgets to make some room to put food in the cabinets. Overall, this condo was a great value, Ken was a fabulous host, and I would stay here again.
