Full laundry facilities are shared. Carpet and ceramic tile floors. Kitchen has island/bar that seats two. Flat screen TV. DVD player, CD player in living room. TV in bedroom. Can see ocean and bay from screened in deck. Two smoke detectors and fire extiguishers, night lights in each bedroom. Table and chairs on deck for dining. Deck has two chaise lounges. Restaurant within walking distance. In area where meals and pizza can be delivered. Can leave your sand chair and umbrella at the beach all day if you wish. It is 50 steps away. Outside showers and extra powder room available for your use.
