Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. A strip of beach is designated for our guests private use; along with our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Overall everything was nice, but the TV was old and didn’t work. We checked in at 5pm so there was not really anyone available to come look at it. We called the after hours emergency number and someone tried to help us but we could not figure it out over the phone. No one contacted us the next day so I had to call again. Spoke to Jaime but she never made it over to check out the issue.

Great Location in Siesta Key

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location in South Village is excellent and I very much enjoyed my stay in 100A. This was a great unit for solo traveler but would be tight even for a couple in my opinion. The unit is pretty well stocked with basics not a fully stocked kitchen, though the kitchen cabinets are so high that unless it was on the first shelf it was useless to short me! A small step stool might help that problem. The unit was clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable of any rental I have stayed in! The other furniture was starting to show it's wear but was certainly useable. Without question the best part of this unit is it's location to the beach which is only a short walkway away, maybe a 2 minute walk. Overall, very happy with it and would stay again!

The studio was described accurately and well maintained and clean. Jamie provided excellent customer service. The bed was a little soft for our taste (that was our only issue.) The hot tub was great. We used the heated pool on adjoining property, it was too chilly to use the other one. Accommodations were great. We would definitely stay again. I think we found our own little piece of paradise.
