Why Kevin Burns chose Fredericksburg
We have been in love with the Texas Hill Country since our 1st trip there. We built this cottage from scratch and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. There is much to do in the area: wine tastings, vineyard tours, the Nimitz Museum, Oktoberfest, many specialty and antique shops, Enchanted Rock and Lost Maples State parks, the LBJ Ranch and great roads to explore the local beauty.

My wife and I spent a beautiful and romantic getaway in this gorgeous home. At times you would think you were in a five-star hotel with the cleanliness, attention to detail, and all the personal touches that made our stay near perfection. We cannot wait to return.
Just as described.
The property was close to Fredericksburg but on a quiet peaceful property. Everything was clean and well thought out. We enjoyed the bottle of wine and the chocolate.
We had a great stay. Bella Vista Cottage is such a charming place. I highly recommend!

This was a wonderful cottage. It was very nice, clean, relaxing and comfortable. It sits on 55 acres of land. The wildlife was amazing. The owners took great detail to make sure we had everything we needed. The fresh flowers and light breakfast were very welcoming. I look forward to going back. Thank you so much sharing your home with us.
JoAnna and I are so glad you had a great stay and enjoyed our home. Come back soon.
