DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH - GORGEOUS VIEWS

'The Beach House' at Carillon Beach is located on a beautiful white sandy beach catering to families. Walk down the private walkover to the beach. This home includes living room and dining area, three large bedrooms with queen-sized beds private baths, a large Den/Family (4th bedroom) with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, its own private bath, flat screen TV and DVD. We have Wifi and 2 Flat Screen HD TV's. All in an immaculate setting. 4-bedrooms, 4-beds and 4-full baths.

Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free standing homes surrounded by three swimming pools, two tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and picnic area. Coffee shop, ice cream, yoga studio, paddle board shop, fitness center, restaurant and general store offering bicycles, paddle boards and surfboards for rent two walking blocks from The Beach House.

The Beach House offers a family dream vacation in an immaculate dream house on the beach with magnificent views of the Gulf from the living room area and large master bedroom - two bedrooms overlook Lake Carillon. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from two beachfront decks. Another main attraction is searching for crabs on the shore at night with the kids and flashlights.

Private walkover to the beach. Rental includes a double lounge chair and an umbrella set up. One of the three swimming pools is on the Gulf three houses away. Two other pools are heated in the off season. We have everything you will need for children including a full-sized crib with linens, umbrella strollers, toys, pails, shovels, books, swimming noodles and more, in an immaculate home setting.

Amenities: Wifi, fireplace (for chilly early spring and late falls), A/C, cable TV, books, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/ice maker, cooking utensils, linens, washer and dryer, beach towels, gas grill, and full gourmet kitchen.

Beach House - Annual Tradition

This is our second year in a row staying at The Beach House. It is perfect for our family (4x boys ranging from 3-10 years old). We love being able to sit on the porch with our morning coffee or evening wine looking out at the ocean while the kids play on the beach. Not having to haul our beach stuff more than 50 yards is a huge plus as well! The interior finishes are dated compared to most other properties at Carillon that we have stayed in but the location is one of the best.

Carillon Relaxation and Solitude

We loved this property being on the beach with the sound of the waves going 24/7. Coffee every morning on the porch, sun downers in the evening. This property is perfect for families or friends. Our teens loved running out to the waves as well as having their own rooms. We had plenty of room to stretch out, watch movies, do crafts, and play Uno in the dining and family area. The kitchen was great - it had everything I needed to make meals. We took advantage of the gas grill to fix up fajitas and the day's fresh catch - Spanish mackerel and mahi mahi (w/a guide service). Highest recommendation - we will be looking to book this home when we return to the area.

The Ultimate Relaxing Family Vacation

The Beach House was all we had hoped for and more. It's steps from the beach, steps to the pool(s) and the house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities! There was plenty of space for my family of 5 adults and 3 kids: Room to play, relax, work remotely or just do nothing. Our host Pat provided ideas for things to do, restaurants, where to shop and was super responsive to all my questions while planning our trip. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Carillon's The Beach House

This home was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The walk to the beach was so short that we could go back and forth easily. We loved having our chairs and umbrellas set up each day of our stay. And it was wonderful having a stocked pantry so that we had access to spices, paper goods, etc. This owner does a great job of caring for her home!

We are a retired couple with a wonderful close and extended family who love the Beach House and we all spend as much time together as possible. Our house was built not only for our comfort but also for the kids and grandkids in mind. Some of our children are now grown and their children are now sleeping in our new full size crib making wonderful memories. We are there when you need us.

Why they chose this property

There is no need to worry about lugging stuff to the beach, we have magnificent views from our living room and master bedroom, and a view of Lake Carillon from the guest bedrooms. Waking up to a cup of coffee overlooking the beach from the master bedroom could not be more peaceful. We love sitting on the deck watching our children and grandchildren digging their way to who knows where, while we enjoy a time out from the sun, and sip on a refreshing drink with friends and family. You will not be disappointed.
