Our family of seven enjoyed our stay at Five Little Cays. Beautiful beach, the bluest water we have seen and very tranquil. My wife loved the early mornings sitting at the beach with her coffee and just enjoying the calmness of the water. The ocean is very shallow there, but our grandkids, aged 10 and 12, loved being in the water looking for Conch shells and starfish. Floating on the rafts was another great way to enjoy the serene water and of course, there was the pool. Even though it was not large our grandkids were in it a lot. We did make several trips over to Grace Bay on the other side of the island so they could enjoy the waves and body surfing. We also had a very friendly feral cat that greeted us every morning when we opened the sliding door and we were constantly amused by the curly-tailed lizards that darted around the rocks. If some one is looking for a quiet side of the island, then I would not have any qualms recommending Five Little Cays.
My husband and two girls stayed in the house over our March Break. The staff were very pleasant and professional, and the house was very clean. We loved having our own private beach and being so close to the ocean was amazing. The grocery store was literally a 7 minute drive away, and although we were outside of Provo - we never really felt like we were isolated. The cleaning staff also serviced the house mid-week, washing our bedding and replenishing our beach towels, so we had zero to no laundry - which is great on vacation! At night, we would open the front door and the glass sliding door to the pool for a short time, and the house would cool itself off - which was helpful because electricity is prohibitively expensive when running all air conditioners at once. The owners do provide kayaks, which was nice, and there is a beautiful plunge pool on the deck. There is also a small shower in the trees to rinse off - which takes care of the sand. All in all - very memorable vacation.
Overall, the trip and the Villa were great. It didn't hurt that we had eight near-perfect days of weather. Five Little Cays is the perfect spot if you're looking to just hang out on the private beach or the quiet pool area. You are pretty much secluded. For our group of five, it was the perfect place to relax, the quiet was deafening! So very nice. The kayaks seen in the photos are there to be used, and we did that. It was a nice bit of exercise to offset the eating and drinking!
The villa was just as expected. The site is amazing, the sea is breathtaking, in a location that is calm, away from tourism. We were 2 families with young children (from 3 to 10 years old). The sea is shallow and calm and because of these features, children can swim safely in it. If you are a swimmer and love to do laps, expect to do them in the sea since the pool is small and not very deep, but again perfectly suited for young children.
This trip, we returned to Turks and Caicos. We stayed at the Five Little Cays House. The most beautiful and relaxing trip our family could ever imagine. This was a second consecutive trip to Providenciales. Beautiful home, private beach and amenities. No stone left unturned. Definitely be back.
I was anxious about choosing a villa rental company, but I am glad I chose Luxury Retreats. From the beginning of my search until end of my stay, the staff at Luxury Retreats was fabulous. I knew we wanted to go to TCI, but I had never been. Eli advised me on a the best location that would suit my needs and he was spot on with his recommendations. Kristen helped make all sorts of arrangements in advance... she arranged a private chef with customized menu selections, reserved baby supplies, and answered all of my questions timely. While at the villa, we wanted to rent a paddle board. I called the concierge and the paddle was delivered to our villa within hours. And the the villa..we really enjoyed Five Little Cays. It was perfect for our family w/ 3 little ones & 4 grandparents. The pool was big enough and my 2 y/o loved the pool shelf. The ocean was shallow and calmer than calm which worked for us, but might not for others. It was perfect for us! It's not a 5-star villa, but it is ver
