Located right on 4 O'clock run, this condo is the perfect location for every level of ski enthusiast looking for an updated condo, with pool and hot tub, on the ski slopes. You are, quite literally, a few steps away from strapping on your board and enjoying what Breckenridge is famous for, skiing. And in the summertime, this also puts you steps away from the hiking and mountain biking trails! The exterior of the building is freshly remodeled with natural mountain tones and stone accents providing a perfect gateway to your vacation. Tyra Summit offers guests underground parking, an indoor pool, hot tubs, and clubhouse.

Inside the condo is a roomy and open layout that will accommodate six people in this two bedroom condo, comfortably. There is a large foyer for de gearing, leading to the huge living room. In the living room you will find cozy couches surrounding a warm, gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. Just off the living room is the dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is updated with log accents and granite counters, and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your meals. The master bedroom is open and roomy with a cozy queen bed. The second bedroom is large and inviting offering an additional queen bed for multiple sleeping arrangements. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room as well. The condo is located on the second level making access easy for everyone, and has a large rear deck overlooking the ski run for quality apres ski relaxing.

Comfortable ski in /out apartment

This place had everything we needed including a lift to where you can ski in/out. Would stay here again.

Great ski in/out location

The home was wonderful. The shared pool/hot tub is on the far side of the other building on the property, so not very convenient, but that didn’t bother us. Having a unit above us with loud occupants was a little annoying, but the property managers did what they could to mitigate. The unit was very cozy with a great layout for our family of 4. The ski rack inside the front door was perfect. Overall, excellent property! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit, and we would happily stay again. The location is outstanding, and the kitchen is roomy and well-equipped which makes it easy to prepare meals.

Truly Ski In Ski out

Superb location. Spacious for the 3 of us. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you need. Only 2 cautions- the washer and dryer are very small and the dryer takes several cycles to dry. The shower is a little finicky on temperature.

Great Location

For a fantastic ski-in and ski-out property, this fully met expectations. A walk down the corridor to the breezeway and click-click you were off on Four O'clock run to the ski-lift.
