About Alexa Palmer
Tracy and her brother Chris discovered this wonderful, but neglected home in 2005. Though the home was showing its age of more than 100 years, the home's underlying grand and proud features were clearly evident. Drawing on Tracy’s passion for historic homes, her talents as a designer, and inspired by their late grandmother, the next several years were spent painstakingly bringing the house back to its stately origins, while making sure it was equipped with all of the present day conveniences. 'Our motto throughout the restoration was ‘quality takes time’, and we think its effects can be seen in the details throughout the home. Welcome to our home and the fantastic town of Walla Walla, Washington! '

Family holiday gathering - house was perfect!
Very comfortable with nice amenities. Appreciated the spacious rooms - and lots of seating! The kitchen is pretty well stocked - would have like more pans, etc. for cooking and serving a large group but we made it work. Very cool Walla Walla house!
Walla Walla Wine Trip
Love the house and it’s historic features. Very roomy and comfortable. Traffic noise a little loud sometime but not too bad. Will return for sure. Thanks!
Large, nicely appointed house with plenty of room
We rented this property for a girls trip to Walla Walla for Fall Release weekend. Large sectional sofa and chairs comfortably seated all 8 of us and the huge farmhouse table accommodated everyone while dining. Beds were comfortable as well. The only downside was that two of the bedrooms were en-suite which meant there was only one shared bathroom for the remaining 3 bedrooms. There was a decent amount of traffic on 2nd Ave in the morning as well since it’s a main thoroughfare but the bedrooms had noise machines and earplugs for light sleepers.
We would definitely rent this property again!
Walla Walla wine weekend
This was a perfect house for 9 friends to share for a long weekend - plenty of space for everyone. It was close to Main Street and a nice walk to town. The only downside is the house is on a busy intersection, though street noise was not too bad as long as doors and windows were shut. The twin beds upstairs could stand to be updated (very squeaky!). We loved all the funky and interesting art pieces and historical photos. Would stay again!
Wonderful Weekend with Friends
The house was perfect for 5 couples celebrating milestone birthdays! Plenty of space to spread out, but we spent most of of time in the lovely well-stocked kitchen and huge dining room table. Beds were comfy and rooms were well sized. Nice walk into the downtown area on a sunny fall day. Highly recommended this home for a large group!
