Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through the 2023-2024 ski season. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Skyrun will not provide any refunds due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area.

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse in River Run Village has it all. Slope views, dramatic 20' cathedral ceilings, and plenty of space for your entire family. Enter into the spacious living room and enjoy the comfy leather furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and glass doors opening to your private balcony. There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests. The dining room can seat up to 6 people, great for having a meal with the whole family. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook like you're right at home.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a balcony overlooking the slopes of Keystone. The guest bedroom just off the living room features a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom and unique skylight located above the bed. Just down the hall you'll find the second guest bedroom which features a twin over double bunk bed with a trundle and has access to the balcony.

Red Hawk is amenity rich with a private year-round heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, steam room, inviting lobby with pool table, game tables and private ski lockers with plenty of room for snowboards or skis! Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.


What to be aware of:
- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every night, therefore an AC is not necessary.- Must be 25 years or older to book.
