Built in 2004, this three bedroom townhouse has all that you need for a comfortable stay. Located inside Lake Placid, they are a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the center of town. Lake Placid is located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains and is the Winter Sports Capital of the World.

Lake Placid has hosted two Olympics. All the Olympic Venues are still operating with athletes training on any given day in the winter or summer. Come enjoy one of the most beautiful areas in the USA and then come back to our homelike accommodations.

"Eclipsed" our expectations!

The four of us stayed here to view the solar eclipse - the rooms and kitchen were spacious, the house was clean, and it had a huge deck out back. Location was awesome - only about a 5 min drive to downtown Lake Placid. We really enjoyed our stay! If you visit, make sure to check out the ski jump and Capisce's coffee!

Home away from home!

The house was perfect for a small family trip to the mountains! Clean, homey and perfectly sized, we had a really lovely stay in Lake Placid. There were plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was suitable for cooking as well!

What makes this property unique

Sitting on the deck in the morning or evening and watching the wildlife around the pond behind the townhouse is awesome. Enjoying the gas fireplaces or the Jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom. Walking down to the pond and having a picnic is unique as our property is in the middle of Lake Placid.
