This end unit townhouse has undergone a complete renovation and has been fully remodeled in 2010. Freshly painted inside and out with southwest decorator colors, there are new ceramic tile floors, tiled bathrooms and upgraded carpet in both bedrooms. Kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops. Skylights in the kitchen and both bathrooms lend to the light and airy open feeling of this beautifully decorated southwest unit.
The living room sports a faux painted bee hive gas fireplace with enough seating to entertain guests. The 35" flat screen TV has extended cable channels in addition to HD channels. Also a BluRay DVD for your entertainment pleasure. The desk can be used for the secure wireless internet connection as you work, send e-mail's or write letters back home while viewing the views of the beautiful Santa Rita mountains out the front window. The sofa opens to a queen size bed when the grand kids or family members come for a visit.
A brand new solid wood dining table seats at least 6 when the bench is used. Professional southwest art work by a local artist is presented on the closet doors. This is the same artist who painted the bee hive fireplace as well as the kitchen skylight trey that appears to be copper!
The master suite with new queen bedroom set and mattress has a private bath with walk in all-tiled shower and glass block wall. This room is complete with flat screen TV with cable and HD channels, and phone for local calls. Plenty of closet space and sliding glass doors open onto back patio.
The guest bedroom has twin beds and reflects a southwest flair. A small flat screen TV which also has cable and HD channels occupy's the room and a view out the window of the front patio and Santa Rita Mountains.
Outdoors you have 2 covered parking spots and a beautiful mesquite tree and saguaro cactus. The private front patio with café table and chairs invite you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment while you take in a lovely view of the mountains. You will love the professional brickwork in front and landscaping in the back! There is a table with 4 chairs on the back patio and 1 lounge chair, 1 rocker chair and a chiminea.
The townhouse is walking distance to the Catholic Church, library, white elephant (thrift store) Walgreens, Green Valley Mall which hosts an open air market every Wednesday that is a must see!
There are so many things to do in and around this area... convenient for trips to historic Tombstone, three nearby Indian casinos, Tubac Art Community, Patagonia Lake, Sonoita Vineyards and Santa Cruz Winery, Pima Air Museum, Titan Missile Museum Whipple observatories, Arizona Desert Museum, San Xavier and Tumacacori Missions, Bisbee, Madera Canyon, a renowned spot for bird watching, hiking and great for a day trip. AZ Diamondbacks (Phoenix) and Colorado Rockies (Tucson) Spring Training games. Kartchner Caverns under ground caves that have been found and opened up in the last few years. Not to overlook all the cultural offerings of Tucson, this area just goes on and on. The University of Arizona in Tucson has a wonderful performing arts department. It's just a 45-minute drive to the border of Mexico & wonderful shopping.
Green Valley Recreation system (GVR) allows you full use of any of the 13 Social Centers through our membership for a nominal fee. The facilities offer amenities too numerous to list, but include swimming pools and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, billiards, shuffleboard, dancing, ceramic and clay studios, woodworking, fitness and sports centers and social clubs There are also many classes & activities that are offered on a regular basis. This conveniently located townhome is within walking distance to one of the Recreation Centers that has a heated swimming pool.
There are beautiful golf courses with reasonable fees; a 24 lane bowling center, a multi-screen theatre and local shopping centers.

Moved to the Green Valley area in 1996 after traveling all over the US in our RV and finding this area with the best weather year round. Moved two times in Green Valley and then scaled down and found this perfect townhouse. Still traveling we located a home in Las Vegas that we thought we would use as a second home and commute to and from AZ but ended up liking it here and decided to use the townhouse as a rental. We still come and stay in the townhouse when it isn't rented as we have many friends in the area and the weather is much better than Vegas. We have been married 39 years and think maybe one day of moving back to this townhouse.

Loved this particular townhouse because of the location…Sunsets and sunrises surpass any we have ever seen and he view of the mountains from the front window or when sitting on the front patio is just breathtaking. It is close to library, church, grocery store, Wednesday market and White Elephant, a type of goodwill store that is not to be missed.
The huge saguaro tree is one of the few in the neighborhood so it acts as a landmark. End unit so it has the feel of a home. Two covered carport spaces. Desert behind back of beautifully landscaped home so it is very private.
We enjoyed our stay in Arizona very much. Your place was very comfortable and convenient to all of Green Valley.
We will be back.
Very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable townhouse. Served us three golfers/birders as well as we could have hoped. Owner helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this location !
We just returned to Wisconsin after a wonderful month in Arizona. Marlene was very easy to work with and this unit is in a great location. It is very well appointed; we didn't need to shop for anything other than food items and to restock some essentials. My husbands remark is that the TV in the living room is better that ours in Wisconsin. Green Valley is a very friendly area and very easy to get around once you learn the main roads. It is a short drive to Tucson as well as the many main attractions in southern Arizona. I'm hoping life takes us back to Green Valley in years to come. If it does I will check on the availability of this unit first.

Nicely appointed town home: comfortable, practical, well equipped. Beds are very nice although the pullout is just that, a pullout. Location is convenient and relatively quiet. All around, a nice visit!
This unit worked very well for us. We were very comfortable and everything was there for us to enjoy. We were within walking distance of the local farm market, library, White Elephant, drug store, pool and recreation centre. The grocery store and restaurants were also close. We plan to return next year.
Wow! This was the perfect fit for a family of 4 visiting family in Green Valley for Christmas break. When I return with my family to visit my parents, we will look no further than this property. From the very beginning, Marlene was phenomenal to work with. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot!). She emailed me in advance confirming I had reserved the access information to the condo. The condo was nicely located to the conveniences of Green Valley, easily walkable. Everything a person, couple or family needs, is there. From the extra towels, sheets, and bedding to tennis rackets and balls, to the well stocked kitchen. The patios were nice size. The condo was spacious, the furniture comfortable - even the beds were comfy - I wanted to bring home the big one! If you are looking for a place in GV for a week or for the month or for the snowbird season, look no further!
We stayed at this townhouse the month of April. There was still snow on the ground when we left Maryland.
The weather in AZ was perfect. Cool in the mornings for your walking and warm in the afternoon for swimming at the local pool.( A short two blocks away) The house is decorated perfectly with South West charm and was very comfortable. We had a great time visiting lots of museums in Tucson. Our favorite was the Desert Museum. The owner was very nice to work with. We would like to come back again sometime!
