Our house is located on North Shore Drive in Anna Maria Florida across the street from one of the widest and finest beaches on the island near Bean Point on the very desirable north end, in the city of Anna Maria.

Come visit our house, most appropriately named 'Spoonbill Hideaway' after our favorite bird found on the island, the Roseate Spoonbill. Our house is located on a quiet residential street, at 722 North Shore Drive, where there are no high rise buildings or condominiums. It is peaceful and safe and perfect for couples and families alike. We finished renovating it in 2010 giving it all new furniture throughout, a new bedroom, new beds, memory foam hybrid mattresses, (replaced again in 2019), a new bathroom, new laundry room and new custom swimming pool and spa.

Our large heated swimming pool is a lagoon style swimming pool with a rock waterfall and an expansive patio for dining or sunning by the pool. Swimming pool has a large hottub/spa attached to the pool. This is a private romantic oasis that is really unique on the island.

We enjoy gardening and have a beautiful tropical garden in both the front and the back of the house with a variety of palm trees and tropical plants. There are 15 different kinds of palm trees! There also is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off in after a busy day of play at the beach. Enjoy dining poolside or unwind in the spa with a drink in your hand, after dark under the palm trees in the private backyard. Don't forget to watch the night sky while floating in the pool or sitting in the hot tub. You may see a shooting star.

The house has everything necessary for a perfect beach vacation. You just bring your clothes, toiletries and the sunscreen. You will find new linens and towels for bath, beach and pool, kitchen accessories, and even toys and chairs for the beach. Our kitchen is well equipped with utensils, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, blender, plates, cups, flatware, cutlery, and even a garbage disposal. Cook a big meal at the stove and oven or heat up a frozen meal in the microwave. Your choice! Or, cook supper outside by the pool and patio with the barbeque grill. Dine inside at our pub style table or outside on the patio. We have two master bedrooms. One has private French doors leading to the pool and spa area. The other master bedroom is on the opposite end of the house with a brand new bathroom featuring Italian porcelain and split faced onyx in the shower, a shell shaped pedestal sink and new toilet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of storage in two chests of drawers. The sea oats on the beach and the open sky over the sea can be seen from the windows in this cute bedroom. The home has central air conditioning and heating in all rooms. There is a large 55 inch Samsung HD Smart TV with flat screen and located in the living room for more entertainment. A second flat screen TV is located in one of the bedrooms. WIFI Spectrum TV, internet, and phone is provided. Disabling wifi will result in a fine. A washer and dryer is also provided. There is 1 security camera that monitors front door and driveway. Tampering with this camera will result in loss of security deposit.
