Megan Herbst has managed vacation rentals since 2005, with a personal touch and attention to detail that has enabled her to maintain long standing owner relationships and repeat guests season after season. Our Vacation Rental management company is a boutique operation that stands out as truly unique among the large corporate property management operations common in the area. Megan is directly involved in every aspect of daily operations and still personally confirms every reservation in an effort to better know her guests and to meet the needs of both guests and property owners. Aided by the loving support of her husband Jason, her goal is simple: to ensure a memorable and rewarding experience to every guest by offering the finest selection of luxury vacation rentals in Mammoth, with outstanding guest service to match. We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.
When traveling to Mammoth and staying in any vacation rental it is helpful to understand the relationship your vacation rental manager has to the property. The VR manager you book with has a contract with the owner of the individual condo, and is responsible for the studs-in portion of the condo (interior only) while the complex usually has its own maintenance staff (paid for by the Homeowner's Association) who is responsible for the studs-out (or anything exterior to the condo you booked). This means that every condo in Mammoth may be managed by different companies, and regardless of which manager you book through, none of us have any control over the neighbors, parking, or common area facilities or maintenance. When you access amenities (such as hot tubs, pools, parking, or laundry etc.) you do so as guests of the homeowner. Individual vacation rental managers have no control or information about outages, maintenance schedules, etc. When speaking with any on-site staff, please be aware they are not employees, agents, or representatives of Mammoth Five Star Lodging, unless they are in our uniform. There may be a front desk at the complex you booked, but they are a different company and will not service you, and they do not speak for us.

Very nice & convenient
Overall, we had a really nice stay at Juniper #532. The unit was clean and very close to Eagle Lodge. What was nicest about this unit in particular was that it is on the top floor of Juniper Lodge so you didn't have to listen to anyone else's ski boots clomping around on top of you. We had a few little hiccups at check in, but they were mostly taken care of by Jessie at Five Star Reservations. Thanks for a nice stay.
We loved it! Would highly recommend. Easy access to lift. Lockers to store skis. The staff was so pleasant & helpful! The place was clean and provided everything you need to cook meals.

Best location on Mammoth Mountain
You cannot find a better location. We had a blast and loved the convenience of being right next to Little Eagle. It was great having a condo, plus the convenience of hotel services. Wonderful place to stay!!
