Coastal Contemporary with the WOW effect - as a local resident, I personally oversee the cleaning and maintenance each Saturday, assuring you will be welcomed to a clean, well maintained and completely equipped vacation home. The decor is upscale with colors that are soothing to the senses and coastal contemporary in design. From the 6th floor private balcony, the view of the sugar white beach and blue gulf water is unobstructed to the east and west. The perfect place for a romantic dinner or just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the surf.
Beautiful ceramic tile flooring greets you at the door and flows on to the balcony. The bedroom has stylish plank flooring and plantation shutters cover the double windows for that ultra beach effect. Custom made bedding is coordinated to flow with the contemporary design.
The living area is spacious and very comfortable including a sofa and recliner. The glass topped dining set, entertainment center and lighting are the perfect compliment to the room.

* Offering Weekly Rentals Only - Sat arrival 3pm, depart following Sat 10am
* Maximum occupancy - 2 Adults allowed
* $200 Reserve/Security deposit (personal check accepted deposited on receipt), copy of current driver's license, and rental contract required within 5 days to confirm a reservation.
* NO Smoking including balcony - This is a smoke free building.
* NO Pets - Strictly enforced by owner's association
