You and your traveling companions will love this prestigious apartment located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Paris and is as close as you will find to the Eiffel Tower.

Think breakfast with birdsong, champagne as the sun sets and the Eiffel Tower turns into a twinkling tower of light, all this, admired from sitting on your balcony, living room, dining room, library bedroom and even the kitchen. Your Paris home is located in the 7th arrondissement in a 1901 Haussmannian building with all the modern conveniences you’ll need. When you step out of the building, the majestic Eiffel tower will take your breath away. Walk just a few steps, and you're immediately surrounded by old oak trees in the Champ des Mars, a park with beautiful walkways and ponds facing the Eiffel Tower.

Stepping back from the gardens of the Eiffel Tower, into this elegant building where you will find your, 2nd floor (3rd US) apartment with an antique glass encaged elevator or gentle sloping stairway. The spacious entryway flows into three vast rooms, which look out on the Eiffel Tower only a hundred yards away, through floor-to-ceiling French doors, each with a balcony.

This European (2nd US) third-floor apartment is 1350 square feet. The building is secured with a digital code and entry phone. The apartment has an unobstructed full view of the Eiffel Tower, the gardens of the Champs de Mars, the Trocadero to your left and the Ecole Militaire to your right.

There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large dining room, elegant large living room, well-equipped kitchen, and ample closet space.

The master bedroom has a large en-suite marbled full bath with tub and separate extra-large shower, double basin and toilet. The library bedroom has its shower, basin, and toilet making a wonderfully cozy bedroom with views from your bed of the Eiffel Tower.

The apartment is tranquil, centrally located and convenient. One of our favorite things to do is to walk the Rue Cler for delicious Crepes and to visit the little shops along the way. The Rue Cler is one of the most famous streets in Paris.

The apartment is located within two blocks of the RER metro, a short walk to the Bir Hakim metro, blocks from a supermarket, one block to a taxi stand and in a stone’s throw of several cafés and a bakery. Imagine enjoying freshly baked croissants and French coffee each morning in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. The RER/C line which takes you to Versailles, Notre Dame, Musée d'Orsay is two blocks away, and there are four bus lines within a few minutes of your apartment.

AMAZING!!! NO WORDS!!!

I don't have words... Madame Mariana was the perfect host! Neil was waiting for us and was always available. The apartment is amazing! Everything you need is there. There is no better location. We had coffee in the terrace overlooking at the Eiffel Tower. We can't wait to be back! It was the perfect place. The definition of "unforgettable vacation".

Wonderful!

This darling apartment with its balcony overlooking the "parade" grounds of the Tour Eiffel and its sparkle every night at 10 was just the right backdrop for our "living Paris" vacation! We loved exploring various arrondissements by day and coming home at night to a baguette, wine, and charcuterie. Our hostess was delightful and immediately got a doctor to come to the apartment for my husband who had bronchitis when we arrived. We have decided we should do every city this way, and hope to return right here.

Great flat, location and view cannot be better

1901 flat that was all the better for its quirkiness. The view was fabulous. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room (don’t you hate flats that sleep 4 but only have seating for 2?). And did I mention the view?

The owner was very helpful and provided a very detailed guide to the flat.

I would not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to Paris.

Paris encore

Location, location, location! This is a great place to stay wether you are 25 or 80. There are only a couple reasons I didn't give this place a 5 out of 5. But first the good stuff. If you are a runner or jogger you will love just walking out the door and 20 feet later running in the champs du mars parc. This is a huge park with the ideal dirt/gravel flat terrain. A course running and looking at the tower never gets old. Close to very good restaurants, boulangeries, shops and metro. The best part about the proximity to the eiffel tower is you can walk 200 feet to get on the "hop on - hop off bus". This was a real plus for my 80 yr old mother. She doesn't like the steps and stairs of the metro so the bus works out perfectly.

Asha and Lisa were fantastic to work with and very very responsive. This apartment lacks only a couple of things (in my opinion). More reader friendly lamps in the public rooms (apartment very dark at night with no ceiling light except in the kitchen) and a tv in the public rooms. There is one tv in a bedroom which happened to be my moms room. I didn't go to Paris to watch Tv but, I did want to watch, listen to the French programs to improve my ear for French. When rent a this price level you would expect it. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! If I could give them a 4.5 star I would.

This gorgeous apartment is ideally located at the base of the West Pillar of the Eiffel Tower and 1.5 blocks from the Seine. The view from the living room, library bedroom and kitchen directly overlooks the Eiffel Tower with no obstructed view. There are multiple parks, museums, boat tours, grocery stores, pharmacies and bakeries within steps of the beautiful building.
