A beautiful Carolina cottage tucked away in The Currituck Club, Serendipity is a perfect family retreat that sleeps 12. It sits on a quiet, wooded lot within a short walk, bike or trolley ride to the beach access. Ocean and sound breezes can find you enjoying the rockers on the front porch or in the comfort of the large screened-in back porch that overlooks a spacious pool, 16' x 32'. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
Front porch has furniture and porch swing. Half bathroom, laundry room, Kitchen, Pantry, Great Room with flat-screen TV/DVD and Dining Area with full size table (seats 8) and access to screened porch. Bar area with mini fridge. King Master Suite with flat-screen TV and bathroom with jetted tub, shower and double sinks. Take 3 short steps to another King Master Suite over the Game area with TV and bathroom with shower.

TOP LEVEL:
Loft sitting area with Daybed and private balcony. Pyramid Bunk with Trundle has deck access and shares a bathroom with King Bedroom that has a flat-screen TV and private balcony. Queen Bedroom with TV has access to hallway bathroom with shower.

EXTRAS:
The game area features a large flat-screen TV and stereo system. Exterior amenities include a private pool, 6-person hot tub, outside shower, patio with furniture, tables and umbrella and gas grill. Guests can also enjoy all the amenities of The Currituck Club that features everything necessary for a safe, active family vacation: basketball courts, putting green, and fitness center, plus a trolley that shuttles you and your beach equipment to and from a beach access that boasts valet service, complete bathhouse and a snack bar.

Great location

Wonderful family friendly property, our boys loved the enormous pool and hot tub. Very close to beach, we rented a golf cart to get around and it was well worth it. Beach was a 5 minute drive, plenty of golf cart parking.. Extremely happy with Currituck Club community. Happy with check in and check out, friendly and responsive to us.

Could not have been better!

The house is more than we expected . The pool was so nice ., the hot tub was great , nicely located , Had everything we needed , we had a wonderful stay.

Family Vacation 2020

It was our first time to this area and we all loved it. Everyone was able to relax and just hang out. Loved the big open kitchen into the dining and living room. The bedrooms were all good size and nice bathrooms. Our only note to the management company would be the unit could use some more detailed cleaning. Hosing off the patios, picking up trash around the pool, making sure the dishes and appliances (coffee maker,blender) are clean.
