That's why we always strongly advise you through our listing and our rental agreement to purchase an HOLIDAY RENTAL INSURANCE, TRAVEL INSURANCE or CANCELLATION PROTECTION which may provide cancellation coverage for your vacation rental.

Depending your policy coverage, It may provide coverage for travel bans, quarantine, fear of travel, outbreak and pandemic or any other cases of "Force Majeure" as hurricane, divorce, death, etc. Be sure to carefully read your policy coverage for details.

WHY OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICT

Unlike many other vacation rentals, Villa Mauresque is owned and managed by a vacation rental company. Like almost all companies we have charges, mortgage and working employees who need to be paid.

In average, group size staying at Villa Mauresque is of 14 guests for 4 nights per stay. Cancellation Protection Coverage costs only $60-100 per stay i.e $4-7 per guest!

Please consider purchasing Travel Insurance if you don't want to loose your money in case you have to cancel or postpone your stay.

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR STAY?
-----------------------------------------------
Select a check In and check Out dates then number of guests you are.

• RATE: it is based on 8 guests staying at Villa Mauresque (total is calculated according to our nightly rates table depending on the season and including the 16% VAT + the 3% lodging tax + the booking fee).

• ADDITIONAL GUESTS: if your group is over 8 people, we add an additional cost per extra guest per night for group sizes from 9 up to the maximum occupancy of 20 guests.

• WHY THE BASE RATE IS FOR 8 GUESTS? as simple as that. We need mini 8 guests to cover our operational expenses and all other fees to host a group at Villa Mauresque.

• WHY THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: because each extra guest represents additional operational expenses such as electricity, gas, tap and drink water consumption, laundry, cleaning, concierge services, etc.

• OUR QUOTING STRUCTURE OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS: allows a small group to rent Villa Mauresque without paying a full price of max occupancy for 20 people. You pay the right price according to the number of people you are.
If numbers of guests are still uncertain at the time of booking, you can book Villa Mauresque for a small group of min 8 people then until check in you can going at extra cost up to max 20 people calculated as additional guest fee.

CONSTANT WATER PRESSURE

Villa Mauresque has a serious advantage: it is the only one house of all the other vacation rentals to be equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) to deliver constant water pressure. Only high standard hotels have it.
A VFD is a type of controller that monitors household water demand. The drive speeds up or slows down the pump depending on the household water requirements to deliver constant water pressure where and when it’s needed so even if you are 20 guests taking a shower at the same time, our system ensure consistent water pressure.
