Why the Owner Chose Bryce Canyon National Park: : My wife and I chose this location because of the large lots (average size 5 acres), few people, paved streets, and close proximity to all our favorite outdoor activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin: : Year Purchased: 2005 - My family enjoys escaping the busy life we have in the city by relaxing by the fire, riding ATVs, snowmobiling, fishing, roasting marshmallows, and hiking at nearby Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument.

We just wanted you to know how much we appreciated staying in your beautiful, clean cabin. We spent 3 days at Bryce and the location was perfect. Zion was a little more difficult to get to, but that's the nature of the drive there! Your home had everything we needed to enjoy a restful stay. My daughters loved the chipmunks and we kept the hummingbirds fed. We've stayed at other homes in different states in the past, and this was the nicest. Perfect layout and wonderfully quiet at night.
I planned my daughters first birthday here and the cabin plus location was amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained and the pictures do not show how beautiful this cabin actually is.
We stayed here for Christmas weekend, it snowed all weekend which provided a beautiful view from every room. A picturesque white Christmas. The cabin has been renovated from inside with great detailing. Our family had a great time here, would definitely come back. The owners were very helpful and the process was easy.
Conveniently located for day trips to Bryce Canyon and Zion national parks. We also made a trip to the Antelope Canyon in Page. The well-equipped and spacious kitchen makes up for the lack of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The house is beautiful and well maintained. A great retreat home for families and groups of friends.
Absolutely loved the property. We walked in and my wife said, I want this house. The layout, the amenities, location....A+++.
Our family loved the house. We visited Utah from Atlanta, Georgia and spent 3 nights in the home in Alton, Utah. It was as good as being at our own home. The home was well equipped with everything you needed and there was plenty of room to spread out. It was clean and modern. The house is situated right between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. By the same token, it was in a very quiet area making it feel that you were getting away from it all.
The technology in the house took a bit to get used to, but other than that it was nothing but comfort. If you arrive at night as we did, you have to look a bit hard for the house. The homes are not well marked and there were no lights on.
Nothing at all to do with the house, but if you are from the "big city" like us and used to groceries being right down the road, you have to be ready to go a bit further for what you need. But that's what made visiting Utah a nice retreat from Atlanta.
We hope to visit again and would certainly recommend the home to family and friends.
